Very pleasant stay at this well-equipped apartment. We enjoy the view of Florence at the terrace. One thing to consider is it might be noisy over nights, because it is near the bars and restaurants.

Fantastic stay, David was great with communicating. Close to the station but very quiet, comfortable beds and spotless throughout the flat. Extremely convenient location, 5 of us stayed and could have easily had another person. All round fantastic value for money. Thanks David, would stay again.

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Great place with a magnificent view, quiet in the heights. The pool is very pleasant during the day and the bar / restaurant offers a good value for money with a great kindness from the hosts! I recommend it.

Had such an amazing stay for 5 days. Beautiful area and lovely cozy house. It was so peaceful and Louise’s property is very well kept and comfortable. Would definitely go stay again! Thank you Louise, for being so friendly and helpful always.

We had a great stay together with our 2 children aged 10 and 13. Gino and Margherita are particularly friendly and helpful people and also provide enough privacy. The house is spacious, clean and the air conditioning worked great, which is important with these warm temperatures to keep it pleasant. The sunsets from the terrace are beautiful. The pool is large and very nice to cool off in!

We had a great stay here, and everything was very easy and clean. Great hosts and a great apartment to stay in.

We stayed here 3 families (6 adults and 4 children between 2 and 5 years old). we already stayed here last year and like last year, everything was great. In addition, the second bathroom was renovated this year, so both were new and modern. the host was very accommodating when booking the stay. in addition, he provided us with a third crib, on the day of arrival he allowed us an early check-in and on the day of departure allowed us a later departure, which was very appreciated by small children. every day was cleaned the pool, which we ended up using only at the beginning of the stay due to the weather. with small children we appreciated the large fenced garden.

My family and I stayed in early November. Wonderful apartment overlooking the dome of Santa Maria. A beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast, 3 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. Big fridge. Lots of greens. Perfect for two families or one big like ours. Highly recommend

We had a great stay! Loved that it was a more local neighborhood but still very close to the tourist center. Some of our neighborhood favorites were the convenient NaturaSi organic food store, bakery/bar Pasticceria Marisa, Pizzeria Insieme restaurant, and La Cambusa del Capitano seafood restaurant. We stayed with our 9 month old and found it very suitable for our needs including a good quality travel crib. Parking was fantastic for having the flexibility of exploring Tuscany through day trips by car.

We loved staying at Ricardo and Luisa's beautiful and well-appointed apartment. They were responsive and generous hosts and made us feel welcome. The apartment is located in the historic part of town-- close walking distance to many of the sites we wanted to visit and also outside to the immediate fray of tourists. In addition to the quiet and graciously scaled rooms, the apartment had everything we needed to feel at home, including good reading material in English. It was a lovely pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with our stay. We were close to the historic center. Caterina was lovely and always responsive to our questions.

The location is fantastic, very close to the city center and all the main tourist spots. The terraces provide wonderful views, the main terrace faces the Arno with a view of Piazzale Michaelangelo. The host was very responsive and provided extensive details for our stay. Entry instructions were clear as were details about what to do, where to go, where to eat, shop, relax, and drink. It was a self-guided tour of instructions, beneficial. I did see reviews about low water pressure. I found it acceptable. We loved the apartment and I would look to stay again.

This is a beautiful place, comfortable and full of personality, centrally located between two important landmarks: Piazza della Signoria and Santa Croce. Alessandra was very accommodating, allowing me to drop off my bag before check-in time, and sending me helpful sightseeing recommendations. She took time during her holiday to give me instructions over the phone, which I appreciated. This accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and hope to be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was spacious, had two bedrooms with very comfortable beds, double sinks in the bathroom with nice gold fixtures, and we loved how we could open up the windows in the kitchen. Fridge was very cold too! Highly recommend this Airbnb - much nicer than the one we had in Rome. We walked everywhere including to the Train station and back a few times for various day trips.
