I have been in LA many times and tried different houses in different areas, but Eric’s place is the best one. Absolutely in love with this house: incredible location on Malibu beach with private access to the beach, lot of of space and an amazing terrace. This is the perfect place if you want to enjoy the real californian vibes. I’m trying to find out some cons, but I’m sorry Eric….your house is perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

We had a lovely weekend while in town for a wedding. Home is even nicer than the photos imply, and the two decks are very nice (one sunny and one shaded). Beverly is easy to chat with, and protective of the home which I understand. :) Kitchen and dining areas are large. We were building a charcuterie platter for the bride and there was plenty of space for 4 people to work together while making it. One note: cell service at the top of the hill (and much of Malibu, truthfully) is very poor. Once you’re inside on WiFi it’s fine, but take a screen shot of the host’s instructions (gate codes and such) so you’ll have them available when you park. Overall an enjoyable home with a lovely view.

My family and I had a quick but lovely and enjoyable stay! The neighborhood was quiet, safe , and beautiful. There are lovely views and we took full advantage of all the amenities. We enjoyed the full moon from the hot tub. While other family members enjoyed stargazing and using the star app from the top deck. Stacey's home was accommodating and perfect for our large group. Stacey was a great host and made checking in and out seamless.

We spent two comfortable days/nights in this home. It really lives up to the photos and descriptions. It is beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, has well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Large screen TV with Netflix and MLB baseball was much appreciated so we could catch the Giants game. :-) We ended up parking on the street because the parking spot in back was a bit tight to navigate with our fully loaded minivan, but there was plenty of street parking right in front of the home. We also really appreciated the hosts’ responsiveness to our scheduling needs. Would definitely like to return for a longer stay on future trips to LA.

We've stayed at many AirBnBs over the years, and Debra's place will always stand among the best. An easy, charming walk to the beach is a highlight, for sure, but the house itself is larger than we expected. The owners retreat at the back of the house is quietly set back from the front of the house and the other two bedrooms, allowing for privacy for parents and teens, and we had ample tables and chairs to do our work, our reading, and our planning for day trips. Easy drive to/from the airport, exceedingly walkable to pretty much anything you'd want or need, and parking on-street was consistently easy, right in front of the house. Debra is an ideal host: careful, thoughtful, fun, kind. She made us the best lemonade on earth from the lemons on the tree out front of the house. The hummingbirds were active throughout the day, and watching them at the kitchen window was idyllic. The gardens in the back of the house were amazing. Hard to not say more: a truly great stay!

I booked the Deckhouse for my birthday weekend and it was perfect. The deck is definitely the highlight, but all the rooms are spacious and accommodated the 5 of us with ease. The kitchen is well stocked and the farm fresh eggs were such an incredible bonus to the stay. We used the hot tub several nights and my only feedback is it would be great if it could fit the number of people allowed to stay there (it comfortably fits 4). I could not ask for a better host than Lisa. She is incredibly responsive, and allowed me to host friends for the dinner party of my dreams.

Absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect - right in the heart of WeHo and walkable to great restaurants, nightlife, and all the fun spots. The space was super clean and thoughtfully stocked, with nice toiletries, a great cocktail set, and stylish drinkware. The fridge had water and Coke waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. We felt really welcomed and at home. The backyard table setup was also a great place to hang out and unwind. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Milli’s place was so perfect. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Super clean, clutter free, everything you need and nothing you don’t. Plus, that million dollar view!! We will miss not seeing it before going to bed and waking to it in the morning. We loved our walks through the peaceful neighborhood and checking out the nearby parks like Kenneth Hahn and Baldwin Hills Overlook, just a short 5-10 minute drive away! Milli was a gracious and friendly host, offering passion fruit and lemons from her very own trees. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Culver City. Again, that view!!

AMAZING! AMAZING! Did I mention it was amazing? I just can’t say enough about my visit. I have had a slew of not so good Air BNB’s as of late. Ones that didn’t match descriptions, no basics like coffee, laundry but being your own tide pods, and like a 5 page checkout….NOT here…it was perfect. Coffee, creamer, great bed, beautiful bathroom and that was the fanciest potty I have ever used….thank you Tori! I am super bummed my work won’t be bringing me back but if I come to visit on my own you’ll be hearing from me again. Thank you so much for renewing my faith in good air bnb’s!

This was our first time visiting California and we loved every minute of it. We loved the little pink house. The place was beautiful, clean and lots of charm. We felt right at home. There’s lots to do nearby and only a short walk to the beach. Roy was an awesome host. He provided clear instructions and was very responsive. We will definitely come back again.

A wonderful home! Our family had plenty of space for the kids, parents, and grandparents. Everyone had their own room. It was amazing to have four bedrooms all on the first floor. There was a beautiful yard the kids just loved with citrus trees. The kitchen table was nice and big so we could all eat together. The thick towels were very comfy. The kitchen counter was beautiful, would use that in my home, it was so nice. Neighborhood was quiet. We would love to come again here. Ideal for families.

We had a wonderful time, everything was perfect and as described. The ping pong table and corn hole in the large lovely backyard provided great entertainment for us. The neighborhood is cute, quiet and close to many restaurants and shopping. Erik is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions I had. Spent spring break on college visits in Southern California and decided to have a few extra days to relax. Everything was perfect about this property. The location is great for trips to Topanga to visit the artisan shops and wonderful restaurants or to go down to the beach for a few hours. The house was well equipped and perfect for making breakfast in the morning, having coffee on the deck and reading in the hammock. At the end of the day making dinner, using fireplace and watching a movie with the wonderful views was a fantastic way to wind down . Most importantly Margaret was a wonderful host making sure we had everything we needed and also providing great information on on the area. She provided so many great recommendations including the Friday Topanga farmers market. We can't come back soon enough!

It was super convenient—just a 15-minute drive to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for a morning walk or catch the sunset. Everything else in LA felt really accessible too—great restaurants, shopping, and all the spots I wanted to explore were close by. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were so many little thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. We had a wonderful vacation in Santa Monica and really enjoyed this house. The location is perfect - walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping but also on a quiet street that was peaceful at night and easy parking. I appreciated the local recommendations and the closet that was well stocked with beach and play stuff. The house was very clean and comfortable. Only advice is to check the pictures to make sure the bed situation will work with your party. One bed is a futon and one is a trundle bed.

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs. Steve’s care and dedication to being an excellent host has made this the best stay I’ve ever booked. Steve is not your average host - he is the definition of a super host. When I arrived, it had been long day and I was tired and hungry. I read through the guest info and found that Steve had stocked the fridge and cubbards with a few food items in case his guest was arriving late / hungry. I can’t describe how luxurious it felt to ACTUALLY be able to relax and not worry about getting groceries on my first night. The property is absolutely gorgeous and very easy to access using code locks. The guest house provides a very generous amount of privacy while still allowing access to the front yard and pool in the back. In my opinion this stay was perfect. The location was almost too good to be true being walking distance from Trader Joe’s, target, Ralph’s, and a ton of awesome cafes and restaurants. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
