The apartment is the same in the photos was clean and organized with a great space, had read in some comments about loud sound in the neighborhood more was very quiet even at the turn of the year did not sound too loud until late at night and we slept peacefully every night. Near the ape there is everything big market, pharmacy and even a very famous cafeteria (without freshness) it is very worth eating there just has to arrive early because the waiting line is between 2 hours, we really like the location of the ape to do everything walking and the neighborhood is very quiet. Hosts always very helpful, we'll come back more often.

My family and I love the place, super safe, has a market right next door with bakery, in a few minutes we are already at the beach, there is a wonderful pool, sauna, game room... we enjoy everything! The apartment is very cozy, charming and functional, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms, available beach chairs, cable TV and a balcony. Fernando was super attentive from check in to check-out, gave instructions and tour tips, useful guidelines. It was all amazing, I indicate a lot and we will come back more often.

Cid always attentive and answering our questions. the very well-educated , super attentive gatekeepers. nothing complaining about the apartment. we will definitely return again at a next opportunity. we were in 6 adults , 2 children and 3 pets , well ventilated apartment my dogs slept all day with the well-ventilated apartment. apartment utensils served us very well. directly facing beach with the building.

Note: There is no need to use cars. Yeah, we left ours in the garage for being absolutely everything close. Not to mention the communication that Virginia had with us. Congratulations, Virginia.

We stayed a group of 6, quite comfortable. Equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, bakery and a convenience store nearby. Giselle greeted us earlier to leave our luggages in even after checkout, a tremendous hostess! thank you so much for everything, I highly recommend it.

Our penthouse experience was simply wonderful! The place is impeccable, in a great location. You can walk quietly to the beach and also explore the charming historic district, which is very close by. The hostess was extremely attentive, receiving us with great affection and care. Everything was thought out to provide us with comfort during the stay. We recommend to anyone looking for a unique and quiet experience!

We spent 9 days in Apto do Wellinton, we love everything, super comfortable, clean, very well located, exactly as in the pictures... and Mr Alair who received us was very cordial and always answered us very quickly... let's go back for sure!

I loved the stay in Heitor's apartment, the Mandai hotel right in front of the beach (Praia das Dunas - Praia do Forte), the apartment very comfortable, comfortable, white sands, crystal clear water, a beautiful place! Looking forward to coming back!

The flat was very clean, it is very well equipped, it had everything we needed and it is very well located!! We want to come back more often.
