Vacation rentals in Tarrington

We booked a last minute stay at The Hide, somehow managing to miss the fact that storm Darragh was expected! We continued tentatively with our plans and had some really reassuring contact throughout the day with Katie re the weather conditions and roads etc. We arrived in the dark, the instructions to get to the accommodation were spot on and easy to follow. The accommodation itself was everything you see in the pictures and made for the ultimate cosy night away, warmed by the log fire whilst the storm raged outside. The views we woke up to the next morning were stunning and we enjoyed a breakfast of fresh eggs which Katie had kindly left for us as well as a loaf of bread. We found the stay had everything we needed for a night away and Katie offered us a late checkout which was a real bonus and allowed for a lazy morning drinking coffee by the fire. We would definitely recommend a stay at The Hide if you are looking for a cosy private bolthole surrounded by nature!

Great place to stay for large groups. We had visited from New Zealand and were staying with UK family, it suited our needs perfectly.

Beautiful, cosy house with the most stunning view of the rolling hills from both the comfort of the bed and the hot tub - which was warm and ready to use when we arrived. Hosts are lovely and super helpful, it was a wonderful, relaxing stay! Thank you so much :)

We loved our stay at Philips Airbnb. It's set in the vicinity of gorgeous South Cerney with lots to do around the area. The place itself is lovely - the living/ dining area is absolutely gorgeous. We had everything we needed for our weekend and Philip was responsive and friendly during the whole process.

Fabulous weekend away in a beautiful home. We have done family weekends away before but this has definitely been one of the best. What is at the property was genuinely not expected. The kitchen is completely kitted out and we loved the added touches such as leaving us milk, biscuits etc. it’s only something small but it was very much appreciated! Bedrooms are super spacious and the living area was great for us as a family of 8 plus a toddler! Not needing to pack the car with a cot and high chair was so welcomed! It really is a property that suits everyone. Hannah is so responsive and even put up the Xmas decorations early for us! Lovely host! Fabulous location, the recommendation for food is spot on. Somewhere else in Cirencester and the lakeside Brasserie for Sunday lunch was beautiful. The Xmas market in Cirencester was a massive highlight. A fabulous weekend for our mums 60th birthday! We will be back!

If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed. It was a great place for a 3 generation family catch up. Very attractively decorated, showcasing locals arts and crafts. The kitchen was very well resourced and appointed. All in all it felt comfortable as if it was our second home . Thank you

Great weekend, great location/scenery and great house. Gina was extremely helpful with everything going above and beyond. Super fast responses, great local restaurant recommendations and thoughtful suggestions such as asking if we needed a cot/high chair since we had an infant with us. Couldn’t recommend to book this place enough.

Mike met us at the car and was really helpful with our luggage. As entering the lodge, Mike went through everything in great detail and informed of the local areas and even provided a map for local walks. The lodge was even better than described and we will definitely be visiting back when in the area.

Such a lovely, private and clean flat in a gorgeous location, the pictures don’t do it justice at all! It has absolutely everything you need and James was an incredible host. Couldn’t recommend more!
