The apartment is very well located near restaurants and the area is quiet, the rooms are very spacious and each has a private bathroom. I highly recommend it.

Everything in perfect condition is super recommended and above all the host is very kind, flexible in the schedules and attentive at all times, really grateful for the stay. Everything is luxury, clean, tidy, very nice details, the climate gives a very pleasant extra comfort and the kitchen equipped with water, sugar, salt, oil, cafesito, tees of different flavors, ice squares, really exceeded our 10 out of 10 expectations.

The apartment is small, decorated very nice,it is on the ground floor and in front of the pool, perfect for a weekend. Hector very attentive from the beginning and I send us recommendations for food service at home. Easy check-in. The number of guests says max 5 but the beds are only for 4, the quito sleeps in the chair. It would be great for them to put a coffee maker and at least 5 cups and 5 cups. I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed the stay. The house is beautiful, the water in the pool is warm , it has a lot of garden and in general the super spacious spaces including the bedrooms. only compencia loa sofas who slept in them are somewhat uncomfortable but the others are perfect. would always come back to this place. This is an amazingly beautiful and tranquil home located on a large estate with mostly unoccupied homes. The grounds are stunning and well manicured and the home is exceptionally clean. I absolutely love the location which is walking and biking distance into central Ajijic. In addition, the staff are all very helpful and keep the home and grounds in great shape. I’ve enjoyed my stay and would happily stay much longer.

Well what can I say. My family and I loved the place and the way our host attended us that we have became frequent guests. I’ve stood at the bar property numerous times now and never a thing that I can say wrong. Great work Job. We appreciate you hosting us and making us feel like we were right at home. The place is 100% worth it, the Riviera de chapala is one of my favorite places, an ideal place to disconnect as a couple or as a family, I definitely come back, they were all very friendly and very good communication.

Everything is very good, María del Rosario give us all the facilities to have an incredible weekend, the house is super well located and the communication with her of the best. We'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay! Dawn and Christy were great hosts and very responsive. We loved the garden and appreciated Beto’s help and great work maintaining the garden. The property feels private and relaxing, and the people in the community are so kind . We also enjoyed a couple meals at Succulenta and walking along the malecón at night. This is my second review since my family and I decided after we were done with or first visit to rebook. Everything which was mentioned in my first review applies to our second booking. However, all me to elaborate a little. Firstly, Viridiana is first a lovely person and a awesome AirBNB host who is very communicative and friendly although having the right amenities are important when choose an AirBNB which Viridiana place has, however for me, having timeky communication from our AirBNB host is just as important if not more important and that is what sold us on choosing Viridiana AirBNB for a second stay. AirBNB in my opinion it's not just the beautiful homes or a place to stay but from our experience can often lead to lifetime friendships with our previous host. So above all things, that is the number one reason why my family and I choose AirBNB. Finally Viridiana, I wish you and all those you love, a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year filled with new opportunities.
