House vacation rentals in Taos Ski Valley

We loved the place, it is a nice quiet neighborhood. Host were great and the place was very easy to find.

We has a wonderful time in the mountains With our family. We haven’t spent time together since the pandemic. We wanted Peace & quite with plenty of room for the grandkids to run around . My husband has Back issues so steps where not an option For him. This house had everything to make us all comfortable!

We took our girls skiing for Spring Break and this was a great location for a family and grandparents. The views were amazing and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. When we arrived snow had been falling so we couldn't get up the driveway and Glenda had someone over within minutes to plow it for us! Great responsiveness and the house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay (plenty of towels, dishes, laundry detergent, etc! It is right across from the country club which is very convenient and just a few miles to the Angel Fire Resort and to local restaurants. Glenda provided us with a long list of where to go eat and shop! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!!

We had such an amazing time at Taos in this house. We were able to drive to the slopes in less than 20 min. The property is also close to many nice restaurants and to the Taos plaza downtown. Property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The views of the mountains you get from this house are gorgeous. We’d love to stay again in this house in the future.

Super cute Casita in the perfect location for a ski get away and to explore the surrounding area. Everything you need for a comfortable couple’s getaway. The hot tub is great, location better.

This was an amazing house to stay with a large group. The stairs could be a bit challenging, especially the 3rd floor but overall it’s a fantastic location.

This home was beyond charming and full of nostalgia. My kids loved the games and vhs tapes. The hosts had the place warm upon our arrival making us feel right at home. The kitchen was full of everything we needed. Our family had a wonderful time. They also gave us homemade salsa as we departed. It was delicious. We highly recommend this place. ☺️

This was a great spot for our family to stop. The kids enjoyed playing some of the board games and reading new books.

I recently spent three nights at Casa Alegre. The location was a slice of heaven on earth. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from both the front and back doors. The radiant heat floors were nice and they kept the house warm. I appreciate the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine. I appreciated the counter space around the sink. Because I’m traveling for 12 days and I’m running and hiking, I washed one load of laundry. While I brought my own detergent, I used one of the provided detergent pods. The kitchen had everything that I needed, including a drip coffee maker and a strainer. Finally, I spent some time watching television and I found the smart TV very easy to use. They have a binder on the coffee table with details regarding the house as well as Taos. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Casa Alegre again and to recommend it to other travelers.

Setting was perfect- quite and private but within 12 min to shopping, restaurants and fly fishing shop. Kitchen was so well stocked- it had all you could ever need! The furnishings and outdoor patio were so tasteful and we enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after a day of fly fishing. Check in and out instructions were clear and we had no problems with access or equipment. Would come back again for sure! Above expections!

Hard to thank Kelly and Eric enough for the wonderful time we had in their gorgeous home. The house was immaculate, stunning design, generous accommodations (coffee, teas, spices, etc) in what might be the most idyllic neighbood in all of Taos (just minutes to downtown). Kelly and Eric was so helpful in their suggestions and area recommendations...quick responses and warm, friend-like support to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We just LOVED their house and our family had an outstanding, relaxing experience start-to-finish. Thank you both SO much. Couldn't have been more perfect for us.

Bear Paw was exactly what we needed to enjoy our stay with family. Velo was quick to respond to any questions & also worked with us to change dates after my husband came down with Covid the month prior. The location was 10 mins away from Angel Fire Resort & close to restaurants & shops. It snowed beautifully 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay & was beautiful to see! Great views & cozy place. The house was a great stay for a long winter weekend get away! The house was decorated with local art and fully equip with everything you’d need. Our dogs enjoyed the ample amount of space around the house. Close drive to town, many local hikes and Taos Ski Area. Would recommend!

I can’t say enough about Kitty and Joe! They are delightful, so helpful with any request and the location is everything and more than we hoped for. Quiet, beautiful views, lots of hiking nearby. We have already signed up to come back next summer! If you love a semi rural, quiet home within 15 minutes of excellent restaurants, grocery stores, cultural activities, etc this casita is perfect.

Our stay at Sanjay’s house exceeded our expectations. The house is both beautiful and unique and ideal for a large family or two families to share. We were impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked the house was to make our stay comfortable. The addeded benefits of the house having a hot tub and a fire pit with an amazing view of the mountains made for even a more unique experience. The house also has two wood fire ovens which were not only fun to use, but added additional heat to the house which was lovely. Our family has three boys and the second floor was perfect for them to have their own space and living room to hook up their PlayStation…a wonderful amenity for everyone to have their own space at the end of a long day skiing. We highly recommend Sanjay’s house and are already planning our next stay!

Taos was an overnight stop on whirlwind pre-summer tour of American Southwest. Daniel's place was spotlessly clean, easily accessible, and private. Adobe walls and bright furnishings gave us a feel for living in New Mexico as the locals do... something a hotel could never match. Coffee in the morning with desert out the window was one of a kind. Fun, long-range views from the hot tub, which was welcome and well-maintained. Linens crisp and clean. Plenty warm on a chilly night. Great experience. Reasonable price. Clear instructions. Our party of three adults fit easily. Would work for six, I reckon. Lotsa space, modern kitchen and two bathrooms. Many thanks!

The house is located on a peaceful road (watch out for those potholes!) right off the main highway through town. Spacious and nicely laid out, it offered plenty of space for our family of four and our two dogs. The hot tub and fenced backyard were especially wonderful. The furnishings were well loved but comfortable. Ross’s instructions were clear and helpful, and he was very kind and communicative through our stay. We would stay again.

This was our second Spring Break at this cabin and we've booked a third! Great location that's close to the resort, restaurants and local grocery store, yet still private and quiet. We love that it has two master suites as well as the heated flooring!
