This place is walkable and surrounds are good including restaurants, shopping center etc. Also very peaceful and quite at nights. Martin a responsive and proactive. I will definely plan to reserve again.

Great place!very quick response time. Google Maps was a little off but Tausi was helpful. Very comfortable place and is in close proximity to local supermarkets and the town. Perfect for solo or group accommodation

If you want to connect wth the real Tanzania while experiencing all the comforts of life this is the place to stay. Forget about other run of the mill accom, my stay with Ummy at her family home gave me the opportunity to taste Tanzanian food and connect with locals. Thanks Ummy and family, I'll be back to experience more of your wonderful hospitality.

Riz is a gem! We absolutely loved our stay in his apartment. Very spacious various balconies and spotless clean! What stood out the most was the communication between Riz and me. Gilbert’s place lived up to its description in the posting. He’s an excellent host, incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to answer questions. He’s a fantastic person! His place was also very nice, spotlessly tidy, and equipped with all the amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. As a local Dar resident, I highly recommend this place due to its convenient location. If you ever find yourself in Dar, I suggest you consider staying here. I’d happily return to this place the next time I visit Dar.
