Houssam is such a great host, responds swiftly and gives clear instructions. The place was clean, organized and it is located in a safe neighborhood. Its pretty close to the station and the beach, and for a good sport you can do some walking to get to the place.

We had a pleasant stay at Khouloud's. The accommodation is located in a peaceful, quiet and safe place with lots of restaurants in the area. I highly recommend it.

This is my 3rd time in Cabo Negro, I know where to go if I ever come back. Definitely at Reda's, at Mirador Golf. Beautiful apartment, very clean, a well equipped kitchen, nice decor in the living room, and a magnificent view of the Tetouan mountains. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Cabo beach is a 5min drive (about 40min walk). Otherwise, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool, which closes early enough on the other hand, at 6:30 p.m. (but the owner had nothing to do with it). In case, I would recommend!

A very nice apartment perfectly equipped, in a quiet and clean residence with 3 large swimming pools available close to the beach and restaurants on foot. Sammy is a kind and available host despite the distance. We would recommend it without hesitation and will definitely be back on a future trip to Martil.

Had the pleasure to stay in Sonia’s home. It was perfect - matching exactly the pictures and the location was central: 10 min walk to the train station, 5 min walk to the beach, great restaurants all around. Sonia was great as well, very nice and communication was always smooth. She took the time to explain everything and check in was flexible. All in all, I highly recommend this place!

Good guy with immediate response.

Very nice and especially safe home. There are constantly guards around you. You can easily park your car in front of the door or put it in the garage. You can enjoy hiking in the area and you have some swimming pools that you can use. In the area there are plenty of nice dining spots and for us the location near the beach was a plus. We were sometimes bothered by noisy upstairs neighbors at the time in the evening. Imad is a very nice host who is quick to respond and helpful.

Sarah was really easy to work with, very responsive. We were missing a towel and she had a brand new one brought up right away. The place is spacious, conveniently located, great parking and walking distance to the beach. We could sit on the veranda and see the waves. The one thing that needed attention were the shower enclosures which allowed water outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor. She has said that they are scheduled to be replaced. So this should not be a future problem. Highly recommend the place.
