I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, too! They were super responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. I highly recommend this place! :)

The place is very comfortable and is in a good location and is near a lot of convenience stores and café. The room is unique and quite interesting too. Thanks to Ms. Ha for being very accommodating and helpful. We had such a nice stay.

We had a good stay here. The location is good. There is a multiple convenience stores including a 7-11 right below the building. It is also close enough to district 1 where majority of tourist spots are. The place was very neat and clean with all the basic amenities. The host was responsive and greeted us during check-in. Just one caveat the place looked a bit smaller than the pictures. But all in all would recommend staying here!

This house is in a prime location in Thao Dien, and the neighborhood is almost immaculate. There are lots of quality restaurants just around the corner. If I am to book again it’s definitely for the location. There’s a private entry for the room I was renting, and it’s on the side of the front yard. Along with the room there’s a kitchen area where it sort of like a greenhouse with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, overall it’s good enough. This Airbnb is good, and I believe it could be better (just can’t beat the location). In my humble opinion, it would be very nice if the chairs can be upgraded. The back rest is an empty circle which provides no support to the back, it’s not comfortable at all. To sum it up, this place is great for a seasoned Saigon visitor like myself. For those whom are new to Saigon, a little more proactive communication from the host would be great.

Anh's place is excellent. The best value for money I have experienced in his neighborhood. I have stayed a few airbnb places in Dakao and this is by far my favorite. The building has elevator, only one unit per floor, which provide great privacy. Three times cleaning a week and the maid does a great job. The apartment has separate bthroom, bedroom and living room with small kitchen that has all the basic you need to prepare a simple meal. The unit of course shows some sight of aging here and there but if you let the host know, she would try to fix it for you. Anhbis very responsive to messages. The only annoying thing is the water pump noise that is audible from the bedroom, but overall, I'm satisfied with my 1 month stay and would come back again.

Great stay - convenient location, very close to airport, with access to the city and nearby restaurants and cafes. Very friendly staff. Phuong was very responsive to messages, and arranged accommodations for our group that assisted greatly for our trip.

A 1-night isnt enough to enjoy such a beautiful unit. The unit is spotless clean with comfortable linens. Great surroundings too! Host is very friendly and helpful. Unit ticks all boxes for an excellent Airbnb stay. I will definitely come back. Thanks so much!

Really recommend would love to stay longer

This was my first time to HCMC and Vietnam and staying at Nhan's place helped make it a great one. The room was great, completed with all I needed better than in a 5⭐hotel, and in a strategic location. Of course there is no room service, but they had Grabfood that you could ordered online with cheaper prices and more delicious and authentic tastes. There was also a 7-11 convenient store at the ground floor for your daily needs. I would definetely stay here again when I visited HCMC in the future. Thanks, Nhan. Love from Indonesia

Lovely flat in a nice suburb. Very close to main road but surprisingly very quiet. Had everything we needed and the host was very kind and quick to respond to any queries. 10-15min grab from district 1.

Phuong, Thao, and Quynh are amazing hosts. They are responsive and friendly. The place is right at the most convenient locations in Thao Dien. At only 10 mins away from District 1 center, you can also find everything you need with 2-3 blocks from the location. 100% more quiet than any place in District 1, if you need it. The internet is fast at 70Mbps and it's more than sufficient for a 50 persons Zoom call with no lag. The bathroom is clean. The cleaning lady cleans the place twice a week so the room is usually always clean. No mold and barely any dust. Highly recommended to stay here.

Vanie is a great host and the accommodation is just like the photos - very nice, and clean. The place is also in a great location, close to pretty much everything.

Had a pleasant stay for a little over a month. There’s a sweet old staff lady that helps service your room twice a week. She’ll pop into your room around 8/9am on your designated cleaning days. First time, it was a little unexpected and shocking but let this be your fair disclaimer. Do note there’s a person who comes to the neighborhood to pick up bottles to recycle at 10:30pm everyday and is quite loud but besides that it’s a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The place is just as pictured however the bathroom is minimally dated. NOTE: There’s a home restaurant (you pass it before you get to the stay). MUST TRY! It’s authentic home cooked meals, just like the ones your viet grandma would cook you! They have a whiteboard in front of their house with dishes they’re serving that day. Everything I tried was amazing! She opens at 7:30am for breakfast and 10:30am for lunch. Come early because she does sell out pretty fast. Only regulars and locals come so you know it’s the real deal!

Overall we had a nice stay. The host is very responsive. And parking is free and accessible at all hours.
