Very comfortable stay, comfy bed, hot water, airconditioner is quiet, fast internet and great host. Location is fantastic with a supermarket a short walk away. I extended my stay and will stay again

I loved this stay. The house was very clean, and the host provided free drinking water, instant coffee, tea, toiletries, and even a washing machine. I especially loved the porch area with a clothesline to dry laundry, making it super convenient to hang clothes after washing them. The weather in Vietnam can be hot, but luckily the house had air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, so it was very comfortable. There was also hot water for showers, but be sure to ask the host how to turn it on. The cohost was fantastic—she replied almost immediately to any questions I had, and communication was smooth since she speaks Vietnamese, Cantonese, and English. The location is great—there’s a local market nearby, and a 10- to 20-minute drive will take you to Lotte Mart and Vạn Hạnh Mall. I mainly used Grab for transportation. Quick tip: if the driver can’t find the address, give them the alley number and street name instead of the house number.

There is a polo on the doorstep, breakfast is not bad, and there is a kebab shop which is delicious! Huy is an outstanding host, always responding promptly and showing incredible attention to detail, like setting the door lock code to match the guest’s phone number. I was deeply touched by the thoughtful gift and note at check-in and the refreshing sugarcane juice at check-out. They also allowed early check-in to fit my schedule and graciously accommodated a very late check-out. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos—spacious, well-maintained, and spotless. It’s hard to believe such a large and high-quality property is available at this price. The location was perfect, with a golf course just 10 minutes away by car, a market right in front, and Grab rides arriving instantly. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and massage parlors were all within easy reach. If I return to Ho Chi Minh City, I’ll definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this amazing accommodation!
