This charming loft is superbly located and has everything you need at your fingertips. The apartment is well-equipped and cozy for two (a third can fit on a convertible sofa bed). Relax in the park with a playground, enjoy the new and vibrant sea area, visit museums, eat pizza or sushi, or stroll to the well-stocked shopping center. Old Town is also within walking distance. There are many transportation options (from rental to public). There is a possibility of renting bikes from us (max 2).

Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

Our Loft style apartment is located in the City Centre of Tallinn. A very beautiful Loft with modern comforts and superb location. Across the street starts the Old Town, it’s only in 3 minutes walking distance and you'll get to the harbour in 5 minutes. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter. Everything you might need is only a few steps away - cafes, shops, restaurants, bars. The apartment is best suited for 2 people as an alternative to a hotel room.

Penthouse, 10 min walk to old town

Enjoy beautiful surroundings on your vacation. Penthouse is located on the sixth floor, and there is no elevator, so there is a bit of a walk to get upstairs, luckily the steps are quite low, so even small children are able to walk them up and down. Amazing penthouse, where you can enjoy your vacation the fullest. Take a bubble bath, and relax and enjoy the architectural space.
