Vacation rentals in Tahuya

This is the second time we stayed at the Sunshine House and would be back in December if it wasn’t already booked. Robin was very responsive and the house was as lovely and well-appointed as ever! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was quite nice. Great bedrooms, nice and spacious living room and dining room.

As pictured and described. Quiet neighborhood but suprisingly close to amenities. Comfy beds and pillows. Linens clean, seemed new. SO well stocked! Has everything we could have needed. We forgot a few things and all we did was look - there they were. Becky is thorough, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Our stay at Del Mar Chateau was exceptional. As soon as we walked in we were overwhelmed with the perfect combination of coziness and elevated amenities. Its location was delightful, set in the beautiful woods. Plus a hot tub and play area for the kids. I highly recommend!

This little getaway space is amazing! The views are amazing and the cedar hot tub overlooking the water is absolutely stunning and very peaceful! Would deffinetly stay here again! The hosts were very responsive wirh any questions!

The place was fantastic and we certainly appreciate all the prompt replies. We will definitely look to stay here again if it’s available.

First off, I have to say, that Deniece was an excellent communicator. She responded quickly to any questions I had and I appreciated that immensely. It gave me great confidence ahead of our stay that she was indeed a super host and that our stay would be lovely. Upon arriving and throughout our stay the home not only met, but exceeded all of our expectations. The home and waterfront property were absolutely beautiful and everyone in our group was extremely happy. There were many nice touches, such as fresh bouquets of flowers, fresh cookies and scones, and wine with chilled glasses. The kitchen was very well equipped. You don't need to bring a thing! There were also plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Our granddaughter especially loved the Children's garden and we spent lots of time playing there. We all loved sitting on the deck and on the porch enjoying the beautiful waterview and sunsets. We will without a doubt, stay there again. Thank you so much Deniece and Rich!

Such a charming home! We loved it! Traveled with three small kids who loved kayaking, fishing, throwing rocks in the water, running down the big hill to the water, the books in the kids reading nook and exploring the local parks/beaches. It’s very quiet, no road noise. Amazing view of mt. Rainer on a clear day and expansive views from almost all rooms. It’s an old house from the 1930s with a lot of the original old house charm but modern amenities have been updated to make it comfortable. Cathy was very kind and responsive. Thank you!

We all have a great time at Sandy Hook. Very unique community, with fantastic views. The whole island lost power after a major wind storm on Friday night. We were without power on Saturday, but Darrell made sure we stayed comfortable by delivering firewood, instructions for generator and helping, troubleshooting and navigating our needs.
