Vacation rentals in Tågås

We felt right at home in Linnea and Ted's lovely house. It is very tastefully decorated. The bus in front of the door will take you to the city in no time. The lake is close by. For the art lovers: definitely visit Sandgrund by painter Lars Lerin in Karlstad.

We only had one night on the way to the ski holiday but it was perfect for three families and nice that the beds were made and everything was neat and clean

Incredibly nice surroundings and the first thing we meet when we come in the door is a lit fire, so welcoming and nice start to the stay. The cottage is great with a wonderful view. There were nice environments to walk in. We also got access to the wood-fired sauna and ice monkey and it was really a great experience. And the entire stay was lined up by an incredibly friendly host couple who were so helpful and who were available, professionals!

To say we had a nice stay would be an understatement! The accomidation is so lovely and we had an amazing vacation. The pool deck is even nicer than you might think from the pictures. The pool costs a little extra (120€ for the week as of 2022), which would have been nice to write in the listing. Given the pool is heated and has to be maintained the cost is understandable though of course. The next grocery store is about 15min by car and the next bigger town about 40 to 50min. Given how nice the house is you might not want to leave though :) We had a lot of fun taking the SUP and the canoe out to the lake, we even had the chance to do this with our little dogs for the very first time, so that was a really great experience. There is even a grill, which Linda and Peter were kind enough to let us borrow. All basic spices, oils and such were also there to borrow. The surrounding forrest is beautiful too and there were plenty of mushrooms to pick. Lastly two things worth noting (These werent issues for us but might be worth knowing for others). Both the pool deck and the garden are not fenced in, so if you have small kids or dogs you will have to keep an extra eye out. And the larger beds in the main house are in separate rooms but the rooms are only separated by a curtain. Again, these were really non issues when you take into account how lovely the rest of the place was! So, thank you again for letting us stay here, Linda and Peter!

Very clean and cozy house next to the lake. There is a sauna (50€/day) and a rowing boat was available to explore the lake. Margareta and Kalle were lovely hosts and always helpful. Margareta even took us to Örebro on our last day.

Here you are surrounded by forest and nice little village. Everything a little larger is close by as a slalom slope, cross-country skiing and long-distance skates, shops and remaining restaurants. Different season than snow time there are lakes and ponds everywhere with fish in and guaranteed swimming. A restful gem. For you who can "work from home", you've come to the right place. Fairly close to both Branäs and many other ski resorts. The host is very friendly and worthy of privacy. Can unreserved without any objection recommend this nice and genuinely cozy accommodation! Preferably do not forget studded tires in winter time!

great cottage in a huge friendly street and great village! the cottage is packed. cv. shower with lovely rain shower. bedrooms with blackout curtains. kitchen is also equipped with all the comforts. there is also a booklet with important information and fun facts about the area. sam responds quickly and kindly to questions. definitely recommended for people who need to be nearby. or if you have to completely unwind, you are also very defective
