House vacation rentals in 't Zand

We spent a lovely couple of nights at André's place. Close enough to use as a base for a day trip into Amsterdam.

had a very nice time in the house of Klaas. Had small inconvenience with the power, which can always happen, but was quickly picked up and nice contact. Convenient with a lockbox and very spacious home. Size of the living room, dining room and kitchen fits well with the number of beds and stays. Armchairs and sofa are also very comfortable. Not much done in the area because of the weather and young children, but that could not affect the fun for us. Glad that there were already some toys available and the children could play with it.

What a nice and cozy place. The cottages are perfectly laid out and super cozy. Literally everything you need to have a good time with a group of 6 people. In addition, Gerdi is mega helpful and responds quickly. In short, 100% worth it!

Spent an amazing and relaxing weekend away from the city in Arja’s beautiful home. It was very well-equipped and she was easy to communicate with! Thank you!

A beautiful house that matches the pictures & description all around. Well-maintained, modern and really well equipped. As well as the outdoor area with three seating options, barbecue and the spacious lawn area. The contact was always pleasant, friendly and timely.

We felt very comfortable in Suzanne's accommodation. The hot tub in the Garden invites you to relax and in the house there is enough space to spend a good time with friends - everything is very spacious. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was broken on the 1st day of vacation, but our host Anne-Mirte directly organized and brought a new one - very friendly. We would come back.

If you are on Retro, a highly recommended location. Wonderful to relax and unwind. Will we repeat in the summer and then it's on the water 😎

It was a very nice cottage to celebrate a cozy girlfriend weekend. The mill shed is also recommended where you can have delicious lunch within walking distance. Both will definitely be visited again ❤️

Great location and top service! We at Royal Deck had a fantastic stay at this beautiful location. The area is wonderfully quiet and private, while everything is easily accessible. What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get: a neat, clean and well-maintained place. Patricia is very nice in communication and actively thinks along to make the stay as pleasant as possible, for example with cleaning and other amenities. This makes it extra pleasant, especially for longer stays. We definitely recommend this location and will be happy to come back here!

A wonderful house with great decor, big garden and fantastic host! We, 3 families, felt very comfortable and had a great time in the "old barn". Alkmaar, the beach, the sea and many other activities are within easy reach. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Maycke's during the Wijk Aan Zee chess tournament. The house is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. And we were able to enjoy the very nice weather for beautiful walks on the beach nearby! Thanks to Maycke who was a very responsive and efficient host. We'll be happy to go back!

Annemarie & Dirk are both very responsive online and on site. When we had problems with tire pressure, Dirk not only brought out his own air compressor to check it for us, but led us to his town’s garage when he discovered a screw in the tire. This was both considerate and beyond expectation. We loved the Airbnb and where it was located with the bucolic setting visible from the living room window. The town of Leimuiden is a five minute car ride and offers all manner of necessities. The accommodations are exactly as portrayed online. Just be aware that there are about 10 steps that lead down to the unit and it is a two level unit.

We had a lovely short stay. Host was welcoming and very nice. There are many locations nearby worth visit. Lots of places to go for walks.

The stay at Onno was really great! The house had everything you could need as a family - lots of games, trampoline, beach toys, and even plenty of usable bikes of different sizes. Really great was the tranquility and of course the hot tub. The oven in the house has still underlined the Nordic ambiance and created a lot of coziness. The small strainer coffee machine was a great surprise and otherwise the kitchen was super equipped. All in all a very successful holiday thanks to the beautiful accommodation.

We had an amazing two-month stay at this lovely place! The neighborhood is fantastic for families, especially if you enjoy peaceful walks, greenery, and animals. Very close to the house, there are multiple playgrounds, which was perfect for us. Plus, public transportation makes it easy to reach nearby towns (highly recommend to visit: Edam). The hosts were exceptional—always responsive, incredibly thoughtful, and provided us with tons of local insights. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The house itself is great! It’s spacious with beautiful natural light, a big garden, and even a sauna for extra relaxation. We couldn’t have been happier with this arrangement and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay.

From start to finish our stay was absolutely lovely! The inside decor is so tasteful and stylish, it’s very easy to tell a lot of hard work and love has been poured into the place. The scenery is so beautiful, tranquil and just simply peaceful, the perfect place if you want a romantic getaway.We want to say a special thank you to Ruud, who kept in contact with us from the moment we booked to the minute we left. He helped us with travelling to the cottage, and advised us on the best route. He greeted us, with a huge smile, a handshake and took us on a detailed tour of the cottage, taking time to carefully explain how the different machines worked and how to use the heating etc. When we did bump into him in the garden, which is a beautiful extra, with a nice pond and lovely seating, he was so warm and funny, making us feel right at home. The best stay we’ve had in Amsterdam, and definitely would return x

Merel’s place was modern, spacious and clean. The jacuzzi was great. The place is not so well connected (about an hour to Amsterdam Central) but it is in a beautiful and safe residential neighbourhood. We would recommend this place to anybody looking.

We had a wonderful stay with our children in Noordwijk. Carina and Ard Jan are very polite and helpful hosts. They welcomed us personally to show us their property and provided us with helpful information for an interesting vacation at their site. Carina and Ard Jan's house is very comfortable and stylish with a special artfully designed flair. Everything was as described. We already think about another stay at their house.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary-Ann’s place. Can’t say enough about what a lovely host she is, we never needed anything extra from her, but if we had we knew she would have helped out immediately! Perfect place for a couple. Super comfortable in all ways. Wish we could have stayed longer, but have to get back to real life.

This is a beautiful house in a perfect location close to the dunes and beaches of Noordwijk and Noordwijkerhout. Great location for cycling and walking with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The house makes you feel right at home and is beautifully decorated. Bink is a responsive and friendly host. We would definitely love to stay here for our next trip to the area!

It was a fantastic and peaceful place for 2 nights. Location was great and interior design was excellent. Everything is available in the accommodation. It is highly recommended.
