we had a great time at the cottage and in the area. The property is sufficiently large and it has everything you need. The electrical appliances are in very good condition, TV, wi-fi and washing machine are available. Small disadvantage is the room layout: to get to the two children's rooms, you have to go through the bathroom; but is ok if you know. We often used the terrace with a fireplace and the view of the countryside and enjoyed it very much. You really have your peace. Trampoline and pool are of course great. From the house you can do a lot, whether it's nice hikes, bike rides or a visit to the summer toboggan run right nearby. For shopping there are several small shops in the village that have everything you need. Trutnov is only a few km away and you can ride a bike along the Aupa very relaxed. By the way, there's a great outdoor swimming pool on the edge of the forest. All in all, it is highly recommended.

Overall, we were very satisfied, the space matches the photos, and the garden with the pool was perfect. The space inside was clean and everything was neat and tidy. Communication was also great. Highly recommend to everyone

We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for the duration and our family. We were able to visit our family during the time and have a peaceful place to rest one the afternoon. AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! I have never been as satisfied with a place to stay and the host on Airbnb as with Lukas! The price is more than fair. You have a whole single-family house to yourself living in an idyllic-quiet area surrounded by mountains, nature and fresh air. Nevertheless, you are in the center of the village in 1 km and can shop at any time on Sundays! Special was also how cozy the accommodation, the yard/garden and especially the beds were. We came from a festival and were even allowed to wash and dry our laundry. The pool and rain shower were not available, but that did not bother us. Communication with Lukas was flawless and always kind. The living room was perfect for resting and had access to the garden, kitchen had everything for cooking and outside we could then eat in the garden. Parking is available directly on the premises. It was all there and perfect for resting. The price is unbeatable! Great! Always again

Very nice cottage, with beautiful sunsets and a terrace overlooking the deaf. The cottage is well-equipped, although there are no towels, so it's a good idea to take it out of the house.

It was perfect stay in superb nature. The best equiped kitchen we ever met. Jacek even provided a place to store our bikes and also toys for our children. Thank you!

Cottage located in a charming place, view from the terrace beautiful :-) Well equipped, with all necessary equipment. A fenced-in backyard, especially important when staying with a dog. Good location close to walking trails and trails. The only downside for those who don't like to walk may be that the cottage is on a hill. It wasn't a problem for us 😃 we recommend

The house was beautiful! Beata and her husband also offers a relaxing and well-equipped sauna space (2 saunas and salt cave). Moreover, we enjoyed the nearby (5 min walk) swimming pool with salt water.

We loved this picturesque but modern house with a admitted old building around the garden at first glance. Those who love modern architecture and simple but functional design will appreciate the beautiful interior and exterior. A huge library full of diverse and interesting reading would entertain someone for a few rainy days when you can just stretch out on a comfortable mattress and read right by the window overlooking the garden. And the peace of mind! We also had an outdoor heated barrel for a small fee plus a pile of heating wood. The host Mr. Vladimir is proactive and contacted us immediately after booking, recommended lots of interesting tips for trips and food in the area, and was welcoming and flexible in everything. Thank you so much for renting a crib for our little daughter. Just a great experience!

Cottage Marty is located at the end of Rokytnice and is a true oasis of peace. But it's very easy to access. It offers a large space "to the enclosure" both inside the cottage and outside :) For a stay with children, it is an ideal accommodation - there are lots of toys and a place to play in the cottage. Indoor facilities are sufficient. Marta and her colleague, with whom we communicated on the spot, were very welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend for those who want to relax in the outdoors with children (but also without them).

Very pleasant and helpful Mrs. Beata, who belongs to the house along with the meadow and the forest by the house. Quiet neighborhood. Provided parking space next to the house. The interior is clean and practically decorated. Easy access to places worth visiting, such as the Zieleniec Sport Arena ski station and the Museum of Paper in Dusznik-Zdrój.
