Tiny house vacation rentals in Sydney

Noelene and her husband were wonderful hosts. They were so welcoming and friendly, but allowed us privacy and space. Seashells is a beautiful place, and we really appreciated the amenities they provided (the beach towels came in handy!). There was a lovely range of beaches and restaurants to visit that were close by. We would highly recommend staying here, and wish we could have stayed for longer!

just what I would expect of a garden studio. leafy green and quiet. except for the trains, but we like trains. it is not 5 star space and decor What it is, is serenity after a long day. excellent transport links. Good hot shower and a comfy bed. thanks Adam.

What a treasure we stumbled upon last minute. It was such a gem - we hardly left! Just moseyed on down for a swim and came back to the place to relax. It was so relaxing and everything we could have hoped for. We feel so lucky to have spent 3 blissful days at this waterfront beauty. We will never forget it.

Super peaceful and private, check-in was super easy and secure. Helpful friendly host! I stayed here for a very short trip but it still had everything to meet my needs and was really cozy and comfortable. Absolutely well priced also for Sydney standards. I would stay here again!

Jan is a welcoming and thoughtful host. The cabin is nestled among a garden of native plants and trees. The location is directly opposite a large dog park. Perfect.

Fantastic stay in the barn. It’s kind of like a fully equipped cubby house for grown ups. Enjoyed it heaps, and the sauna heats up a treat. Great value. Hopefully will be back soon.

Extremely beautiful spot, beautiful cabin, the beach within walking distance, great for swimming. National park walk at the end of the beach. A Ferry ride across to Cronulla for the day was lovely and the restaurants and eateries were great 👍 👌 highly recommend staying at George. 😀🥰😍

Absolutely loved our stay at this amazing tiny home! It was spotless from top to bottom – so clean and well cared for. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing under the stars, and the fireplace made the evenings super cosy and romantic. The area was incredibly peaceful, which made it feel like the perfect little getaway, but still conveniently close to shops and restaurants. It had the best of both worlds! Couldn’t recommend it more – we’ll definitely be back. 5 stars!

From the moment we arrived at The Barn in Ebenezer, we felt completely at ease. Surrounded by beautiful trees and singing birds, it was the perfect escape from the chaos of everyday life. The space itself was cozy, stylish, and filled with that special something that makes you instantly feel at home. Sarah... what a host! So warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You can feel how much care she puts into making every guest’s stay special. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful waterfront Airbnb. The place was private, peaceful, and packed with activities—from fishing and kayaking to paddleboarding and even cooking in the outdoor pizza oven (a huge highlight for us!). It was the perfect escape from the Sydney rat race, giving us a chance to slow down, breathe, and enjoy some real quality time together. What really made the experience stand out were the hosts, Ivona and Dean. They were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. We left feeling recharged and grateful, and we’re already thinking about our next visit. Highly recommend this place if you’re after nature, relaxation, and a bit of adventure all in one.

Very comfortable and well equipped cottage for a couple, close to buses for access to light rail and city, close to pleasant walks around Malabar Beach and the headland. Jenny and Lance are very welcoming and hospitable and could not have done more to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Such a beautiful place in an amazing location! Great for families and kids.

Was an amazing experience

I had a very relaxing couple of nights in Madeleines delightful cosy beach shack. Easy walk to everything I wanted to do. A swim at the beach, a lovely walk on the Royal National Park walking track and an easy stroll to the shops to grab supplies and something for dinner. A soak in the outside bath was a great way to unwind after a day of activities. I enjoyed my stay 😊

Another wonderful stay at Jo & Mark’s Studio, everything was an absolutely perfect! The Studio is a great place to relax and escape the busy pace of everyday life. It’s just a short drive to nearby shops & cafes, and amazing bushwalking tracks, and the beautiful native birdlife visit daily. Look forward to visiting again, hopefully in the not too distant future.

What an absolute delight! I cannot recommend the salty dog enough - it’s really evident that Judi and her family poured all their love and passion into this project. They were so sweet in making us feel right at home and welcome, even helping us go back and forth from shore for a dinner reservation we had. They really went above and beyond for every single detail, it’s been a very very long time since we felt so at peace and content. Thank you so much again for hosting us, you’ve created something absolutely spectacular!

Comfortable spot in convenient location. Comfy bed, great shower and loads of key amenities packed into a small space. Easy walking distance to the beach and surrounding Bondi stores and restaurants.
