Vacation rentals with a beach view in Sydney

wonderful one bedroom flat below the house with a separate entrance, there's a steep driveway to lug your cases up but well worth the climb! It's a clutter free space, everything you need including beach sarongs and an umbrella. there's a full booklet with so much useful information on the area, things to do restaurants etc, air con & fans a gas bbq and a view over whale beach, what more can one want. love to return, thank you Emily & family for making our stay so enjoyable.

Very nice place with an exceptional view. Great amenities and everything Evelyn laid out was mentioned in her instructions. Of course the one thing missing was air con but there are fans both ceiling and standing which made it easier for us. Everything was close by including shops and restaurants/pubs in Avalon so that wasn’t an issue. We will be back!!

Super comfortable studio flat. Bathroom excellent with lovely toiletries and towels provided. Generous kitchen supplies and expresó machine much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and it gave us a great base to visit family in Neutral Bay

We couldn't have been more comfortable or better entertained than we were during our 3-night stay in this beautiful Mosman apartment, located in a spectacular setting, with a large veranda looking out across the bay from Balmoral Beach amongst a forest of eucalyptus trees. Each evening we were greeted by native birds coming in to roost in the early evening and create quite a ruckous, including Cockatoos, Kookabooras and colorful parrots--it's a great time to enjoy an evening libation and just sit back and enjoy the show! The apartment kitchen is well-equiped for preparing meals, but there are a fewgood restaurants along The Esplanade, beside Balmoral Beach, which is a quick walk from the apartment. We highly recommend staying here in Mosman, if you are looking for a place that's still easily accessible to the city, but a world away! We would come back in a heartbeat! Oh, and the famous Taronga Zoo is only a short bus ride away from Mosman and well worth a visit.

Apartment was everything & more than we expected. Very clean & tidy, perfect location, walking distance to beaches, cafes & restaurants. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. Added bonus was the off street parking! Would highly recommend staying at Lisa's place. Will be back for sure!
