Vacation rentals with lake access in Sweden

The house was fantastic: clean, very well equipped, and the view was a dream. Additionally, plenty of information were provided before arrival, so there were no unanswered questions. I can absolutely recommend the house.

We stayed in this charming house for almost 3 weeks in August. The communication with Dan and Robert was great. They are great hosts and have furnished the house with a lot of love and care. It is very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Our three children also felt very comfortable. The garden is very large and offers plenty of space to romp, relax and discover. We did not use the in-house dock to the lake too often, as it is not so well suited for smaller children. However, there are some nice places in the area for bathing with infants. So that didn't bother us any further. Nature around the house, sunsets and tranquility are breathtaking. We had a wonderful stay in the house near the lake. The place was even better than in the pictures (new furniture in the living room and on the sun terrace). The place is very quite and beautiful, thus you would need a car to go to the supermarket etc. Bikes and a boat were also available. We would recommend the place :)

We were able to enjoy the stay from the first minute to the last minute. Everything was as described and Tomas was very friendly and helpful. The house offers the possibility to completely get out of everyday life and enjoy nature and tranquility, whether inside in the living room or outside on one of the 3 terraces. The sauna and lake offer additional recreational value.

Great weekend with nice weather. We used the delicious fire pit a lot where we could sit overlooking the lake. Despite the season, we stayed here a lot. We went for a walk of about 7.2 km around the lake. a wonderful walk where we passed a lovely beach at the other end of the lake. Here you can swim in the lake if you feel like it. Canoes and rowboats are located so you can just put them in the water and take a trip out on the lake. It just worked out so well. Had a little trouble finding enough life jacket in adult sizes. I think there were the most children's vests. There is a grocery store in the city, so here you can buy small things if you have forgotten something. However, no firewood. A super lovely home located close to the highway and very easy to find. Great surroundings and great activity opportunities. A home that can really be recommended to others who want to enjoy the silence and nature. Ninna Kryger

Very nice and smooth stay! The cottage is great. The host responded to any questions within 15 minutes. We felt welcome and “at home” in the second. Really recommended!

Super cozy cabin with lovely views of Värnen. The cottage was well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. We felt welcome with made beds when we arrived. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with sustained rain when we were there but it didn't matter as there were Party games that we could enjoy. Surroundings outside offered cozy walks with our dog. We can warmly recommend this cabin in both wet and dry weather! You won't be disappointed!

Carina and her husband are very friendly and helpful hosts! We felt comfortable right away. The apartment is beautiful, super clean and equipped with everything you might need. The view of the lake is fantastic and the location in the middle of nature is fantastic. We spent 6 great nights at Carina's place and we'd love to come back anytime!

Very calm and quiet place, around nature, no noise, suitable to rest. Inside, it was cozy like with the grandparents in the summer house, it was warm.

Vincenzo’s place was perfect for our visiting family. He was very responsive to any questions and made us feel very welcome. It felt like a home away from home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Thanks for an excellent stay.

We stayed in Sonja and Börje's house for two weeks, the two live in the adjoining house and were always reachable and exceptionally helpful. They even lent us their car when we were having problems with our car. They had great tips for us and whenever available if we had any questions. The old house is super cozy, in the kitchen-living room you can bear it wonderfully even in bad weather. The toddler game room is worth its weight in gold! The tranquility and the ice-covered Baltic Sea on the doorstep, the northern lights with clear skies, the homemade cinnamon rolls that Sonja brought by, the equipment we were allowed to borrow, all this helped us to have a very relaxing vacation. It was also perfect and completely problem-free with our dogs. Thank you very much for the great hospitality!

A lovely cozy little house with everything we needed. After our flight, we acclimated here for a few days, before continuing. Recommended!

We felt very comfortable in Jonas Stuga. The cottage is well-equipped and cozy, Jonas was extremely friendly and always easily accessible. The location is simply magical. The surrounding forest including lake shore was not only an adventure playground for my 8 year old son, but also provided some delicious mushrooms that were allowed to land in the pan late in the year. The sunsets over the small lake behind the house were beautiful and the nighttime starry sky indescribable...

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Lihna's cabin. Really worth a visit. There was firewood available and lots of calm. With a really nice fire pit and really beautiful surroundings. However, we had issues with the hot tub, which was green when we arrived. But we let Lihna know and got a really quick response. She then came and cleaned the bath. Great communication. All in all, really nice days. We would love to come back another time!

Jonas house was so beautiful by the lake and was perceived as very private because it is the last house on that road. Everything about the house matched the description and the house felt warm, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped and we lacked nothing. Since we were seven friends on a girls trip, all the bedrooms were used and everyone in the group reported that they had comfortable beds and slept well. Jonas himself is a superb host and replies fast on all sorts of (and impossible) questions. I can highly recommend this house both for the company of friends like us, but also for one or two families traveling together or even a couple who wants some privacy.

Love the location in the woods. Very private and peaceful , beautiful lake nearby and nature surrounding the cabin is beautiful. Instructions were very clear and I found the place with no issues. Hanna is very quick to respond. There are bikes, boat, games, books, full kitchen supplies and lot more available. I was looking for place to escape city and I definitely got what i paid for. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you Hanna, your home is lovely!
