We loved our stay! It was a breeze to check in/out - Gwynne was one of the best communicating hosts I’ve ever stayed with - and the best part? We didn’t have to clean the whole house before we left - very very simplistic checkout process makes this home a dream! We were very happy with the location - it was a great Hub for our group and we went hiking in Pisgah, spent a day in Asheville and explored Hendersonville and having a central point to do so was awesome. The house is charming and we LOVED that there were 4 Queen or larger beds. When friend groups travel the singletons often find themselves in bunks or cots - but not here! The kitchen is well stocked with cookware- we made individual pizzas and they had everything we needed (even skewers for smores over the fire pit). This is a great spot for Friendsmas or a group get together and any property Gwynne is running is going to be wonderful.

I want to thank you for hosting my company and I. I truly enjoyed my stay there, the firepit was in the perfect location, the fenced in yard let my dog enjoy the fire as well. as a matter of fact, I'm looking to put a lil' cottage on my own property and I do believe the set up in this cottage was exactly on point and perfect. We really enjoyed our stay at Sergey's place! The location was only a 10 minute Uber to the River Arts District, and less than 15 to downtown. The house was exactly as pictured- clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Came to Asheville to volunteer and wanted to stay 1 night here and not bother friends. I thought for the money this wasca great option and convenient. The house was super festive and decorated for Christmas which was nice!

This place was simple and amazing! Such a gorgeous view - we wanted to sit outside in the rocking chairs all days. Perfect place for a small reunion with children. We would definitely rent again - hosts were super responsive.

Hurricane Helene 🌀 came right behind me. Not knowing anyone here was a scary situation I was in. But Roger & Sandy took me under their wings and did not let me go through this awful situation alone, we went through it together! They were so graciously & such big hearts! I adopted a new family. Great place, cozy, felt like home just wish there was a 2nd tv because my 5 year old didn’t want to share lol but it was so peaceful!!

The house was perfect for our quick weeeknd trip and charming as pictured. April sent us clear instructions on exactly how to get to the entrance and where to park. Perfect location and plenty of options to enjoy the area. We will be sure to look for availability here for our next trip to Asheville!

Jill and her family were very considerate, friendly and welcoming. The space was nice, simple and quiet for me to rest in the evenings.

We spent a week over T-giving in this ideal apartment. It is an easy half mile walk to downtown. Our own private driveway. Atmosphere is contemporary mid-century. Furnishings are clean, attractive, well thought out and very comfortable. My favorite is the turntable with more vinyls than we could possible play during our stay. My son provided the turkey and we brought all the sides; I kept thinking some necessary piece of equipment for my cooking would be missing but no- that space is better equipped than my home kitchen. We never had occasion to communicate with Jen and Jim since everything was so well planned. This was our fifty-something'th visit to Asheville and I feel qualified to give these hosts top marks for their property. If you are looking for a vacation base, come to Asheville and stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Place was clean, comfortable, and a great location. We stayed with our 2.5 year old and there were lots of books and things to keep him busy. There were friendly chickens in the back yard coup and he really enjoyed interacting with them. 10/10 from us.

Cool and comfortable respite after a hot Asheville day! Bed was comfortable. Shower was great! Clean and clutter free. Lots of local information available and Corinne was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Neighborhood was fun and funky, in the best possible way. Our weather was not conducive to walking, but it might be a bit challenging, unless you like a hill, but nothing was more than 10 minutes away by car! Good choice for the two of us and our RAD adventure!

Donna’s condo was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Extremely clean! Definitely the cleanest airbnb we have ever stayed in. And had everything that you would need during your stay from a sound machine in the bedroom to little shampoo and conditioner toiletries in the bathroom. She even had snacks and drinks ready for our kiddos when we arrived which was a very thoughtful touch! The location is very close to everything in Hendersonville downtown and hiking trails. Definitely would stay at Donna’s place again when we come back to Hendersonville!

My husband and I loved staying here! Super comfortable, great location, we felt right at home. The parking in the back was a cherry on top. Highly recommend!

We truly had a wonderful stay in David's condo. The location was spot on for accessing all that Asheville has to offer. We loved the ammenties such as breakfast items and all the nice toiletries. Clean did not even describe the meticulously organized and spotless interior... it was a pleasure to experience. Great linens and towels, fans and all that one needed for a short term stay. Highly recommend!

Very clean, well stocked, quiet apartment walking distance from the heart of Asheville. The apartment was immaculate with plenty of space, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Host was proactive and responsive, providing us detailed instructions complete with step by step pictures for check in, as well as very detailed recommendations for Asheville attractions. 5+ stars!!! Felt like home away from home with all the amenities we needed and walking distance to downtown Asheville.

Rory came to our rescue! We needed a place to stay with our dog after a home flooding disaster. It was after 6 pm and we weren’t sure we’d be able to find a place. Rory’s apartment was available and he responded to my request immediately. He also let us extend our stay with little notice and even called to see how we were doing. The apartment was like home for us. Loved all the light, great kitchen and comfy furniture. I don’t think he arranged this for us, but it snowed! So lovely to watch from our perch on the couch looking out the windows.

We enjoyed the spacious condo as well as the excellent location. The condo was walkable to many restaurants and breweries. We really appreciated the umbrellas that were available for use. The common spaces were very nice. We would recommend more utensils in the kitchen.
