Vacation rentals in Svetlina

This flat for us feels like a home away from home – this was our fifth stay at Tzvetelina’s place and it was as good as the first time 😊 The location is absolutely amazing – in the heart of the sea gardens and close to everything we need – the beach, town center, the kids’ club, shopping, restaurants / coffee shops. The flat is modern, airy and bright and makes for an exceptionally comfortable stay. We stay with three children - having the extra beds makes it so easy and adds flexibility to who sleeps where. Everything is really clean and the kitchen has everything we needed and more. The management company are super responsive and helpful. A truly lovely place which we keep coming back to year after year.

I am absolutely delighted about my accommodation. Clean, very, very clean place. We have everything we need, vacuum cleaner, sponges, rubbish bags, we could clean our room during the holiday. The place is well located, about 15 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to hospital and restaurants. You can use bus as well. We could spend our holiday comfortably. Communication with the host was perfect. Definitely worth to choose! Highly recommended!!

Aleksandar's apartment is perfect! Clean and very spacious, we had everything we needed. We were welcomed by Aleksandar's mother who is very kind and nice person. There was a nice wine bottle, fruits and mineral water prepared for us. The apartment is very centrally located, close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I fully recommend Aleksandar's place.

A lovely, modern, well looked after property. The balcony with the nest and hammock were really super. They also had a box of useful things like paracetamol and aftersun which was useful.

Well-maintained area. Clean water in the pool. Nice neighbors. The house has everything you need. Other things to note If you've forgotten. Good bean coffee maker and stocked coffee. BBQ area

Valentin couldn't have done more. Super friendly, polite and respectful, so much attention to details and always available for advice. Magnificent. Such a decent bloke.

Great stay. Felt and looked exactly as the photos. Very clean and very cozy. Instructions were so clear and detailed I didn’t have to ask a single question besides parking space. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay in the apartment which was easy walk to the sea garden and beach and about 15-20 mins into the main high streets. There are two supermarkets nearby The views from the apartment were great and we had an excellent view of a pretty epic thunder storm one night. Martin was very helpful and responsive and met us on arrival even though we were quite late arriving.
