Sandy was very proactive and responsive with all of our needs. The house is beautiful and perfectly located. We have stayed in many airbnb homes and the most important amenity is the bed. Every bed in this home was clean and so comfortable. I would highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was as described- very clean and nicely updated, in a quiet neighborhood. We saw gorgeous sunrises over the lake, and stunning fall colors all around. We even got to take the kayaks out to the island. We appreciated Brendan’s tips for the house and the area. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. Brendan was easy to communicate with and made sure we had a good stay.

Spent the weekend here for my wife's birthday with some friends. Great location for winery tours/local food, and everything you would need inside and out. Roger is a very responsive host and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay as welcoming as possible. Plenty of room inside the house for sleeping for 3 adult couples, could've even fit a 4th no problem in the loft. Home was spacious and the screened in porch is a great hangout spot overlooking the lake.

Clean, well appointed accommodations. Everything you need is provided. Only criticism would be the lack of counter space in the bathrooms.

Kristina is just a terrific hostess. The place is so great: clean as a whistle, lovely furnishings, dreamy towels and bed linens, and well-stocked. The location is very close to the heart of the Traverse City downtown, yet has a nice, quiet neighborhood vibe. Easy parking on the driveway that is right next to the side door - unloading is a breeze. It's a perfect place! Kristina is the perfect Air BnB hostess: responsive, great communicator, wants to come through for her guests.

Not only was this peaceful gem just like the listing. BUT the record collection and books are AWESOME!!!! The pet friendly fenced in back yard was spacious and well lit for our Great Dane puppy to run a frolic to her little hearts content. Cant build build a fire?(even though there was ample wood supplied)?? There’s a gas table top fire.. don’t feel like going out??? I made a homemade breakfast pizza and had all the cooking utensils I needed… I felt soo at home and at peace. And enjoyed a trip to Petosky and POND HILL FARM and the tunnel of trees. I JUST need to know one thing??? How much is rent, and when can I move in??

Was a perfect place for me and my family to stay while I was working in the area for work. We were a little bummed that Boyne was essentially shut down right now during the week but made the most out of the hiking trails and downtown Boyne City.

Stayed here for a friends wedding that was nearby. It was exactly what we needed and served us perfectly for a quick trip. Host is excellent and the communication is great. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Was exactly what we were looking for to get the family together. Kids loved the indoor pool. Samantha was great at communicating and accommodating us. Would love to come back in the future.

Autumns place was great! We stayed as a group of 4 adults and each had our own space. There are lots of stairs but we enjoyed the separate living spaces for each of us. Everything was clean, beds were all comfortable and great pillows. Two balconies made sunrise and sunset both gorgeous with the fall trees. We will be back!

We always love staying at Kaye’s. It is the perfect location for everything in town. We will be back!

Kat and Skip were very responsive and helpful. The studio was equipped with all of the amenities that they described. They allowed us to checkout a bit late and even offered to run something over to us when we couldn’t find it. We loved our quick stay and would recommend to others. Only caveat is the beds are memory foam and I don’t sleep well on memory foam. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time with family, 4 couples. The house was clean and very comfortable. The beds were cozy. Beautiful, private space right on the trails. Andreia was friendly. Very easy to check in and out. Highly recommend.

This is our second year hosting Thanksgiving at this Airbnb, it fits 10 of us well (4 adults, 6 kids, plus a dog). There's a basement the kiddos can hang out and sleep in, and it's a comfortable setup for all of us upstairs. That garage has many games to play and is heated so you can be warm during winter. Great setup, we really enjoy our visit

Had a great stay at Cory's. Very private and quiet area but close to a great coffee shop, brewery, restaurant, and ice cream shop in Lake Ann. The "water closets" were unique, but they were needed so we didn't all have to fight for the main bath room and shower, which are dated but work fine. There was plenty of space for 5 of us and a dog. Cory was sure to have the box fan and screen in the 3rd bedroom for us which we definitely needed with no air-conditioning in the bedrooms. We would stay here again.

This past weekend is the third time visiting in 6 weeks and I think we will be back before it gets too cold. hosts are very responsive and informative on things to do and places to visit. multiple beaches all within short drive. we will be back soon

This was our group’s 2nd year here for a long weekend and the place was again immaculate and had anything you could want. Go see Aurelius at the bar at the Jordan Inn!

We loved our stay here! Ken and Rhonda were the perfect hosts, they were very flexible with check in and check out times and available to us during our stay. The stay is in a renovated garage next to their house, but we felt like we had lots of privacy and the setting with the pond and lots of land is wonderful. Everything seemed new, clean, and comfy, with lots of games that our kid loved. We loved the location, it felt remote but was also very convenient to everything we like to do in the area!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Peace Retreat. The location could not have been better, with Lake Michigan just a walk away, and the beautiful trails for easy walking behind the property. We loved the yard set up, with a campfire ready for us to enjoy, the hammocks, and little paths to enjoy the property. We loved all the extra blankets and quirky furnishings inside the home, and it was perfect for us to enjoy a mother daughter weekend.

This location had a beautiful view! The property is very peaceful and offers a great place for walking. It’s close to so many activities and great restaurants. The fire pit was awesome, house was immaculate, and kitchen was fully stocked. There are even spices, condiments, snacks, and coffee - way above any airbnb we’ve stayed in before. Kelly was so easy to communicate with! We plan to come back!
