Great panoramic view over Lerum city and lake of Aspen. The apartment is 30 sqm located in the basement of a house with its own private Sauna and a lovely Bathtub in the middle of living room. Private entrance, well secluded from the rest of the house and with full privacy. Private kitchen and bathroom. All areas in the apartment has seaview and there is a roofed terrace outside. Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space.
