Extremely clean and spacious, exactly as described. Has everything you need in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, even a first aid kit. Nice new fridge with ice machine and water was a pleasant surprise. Big clean yard that would be great for dogs. Ian was very responsive and accommodating.

Grant's place was great for a long stay. It was very clean! He was quick to respond when we needed to extend our stay due to delays on a house we were buying. We stayed there through June and A/C worked very well for Phoenix in the summer!

Great Quite Location, Acces to many local places around. Maria a great host very communicated, well maintained home, clean and as described. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the Chandler area.

The house located in Scottsdale is close to great restaurants including upper Tempe. Parks, zoo, botanical gardens, Train park were fabulous places for both adults and kids. The house is upgraded nicely for a family gathering. The neighbor was friendly in retrieving a mis-thrown golf frisbe ! The supplies in the home are more than you need to get started for your stay, even for two weeks. Brandi, the host, is easily reached. She handled our very few questions and needs satisfactorily and quickly. This property satisfied our needs for 3 families, and it met our expectation an beyond. Had a great stay at Amandas. Place had everything we needed. The backyard is great for dogs to run around in. Good location and close to lots of things to see and do. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first AirBNB experience. Petra and Nate were wonderful hosts. Both friendly, welcoming and responsive to our novice questions. The mother-in-law suite was clean and comfortable. She supplied all the basics needed plus water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The fireplace was thoroughly enjoyed on the chilly evenings. We look forward to staying with Petra again in the future. This was our 7th trip to Phoenix in a little over a year. The house is very close to PHX airport, Old Town Scottsdale, AZ Mills shopping center, Hole in a Rock, Botanical Gardens and Bam-kazam. It’s a short drive to Pinnacle Peak for a short hike or Gilbert for dinner. It looks just like it does in the pictures! We enjoyed the outdoor games & hot tub. The beds were very comfortable & the house is very quiet. The layout is great for entertaining a larger group, with the kitchen being open to the family room.

We rented the house for a ASU graduation. The home was about 10 minutes from ASU and downtown Tempe. Shopping and restaurants were close. It was a great location. Other pros - *Host welcomes dogs!!! *Host was very accomadating and fairly quick to respond.(A couple times he said he wasnt getting notifications). *open floor plan for entertaining and family *very nice pool, lots of pool toys and little putting green. *nice covered patio with comfy seating *had baby necessities! We didn't have to bring anything (crib, highchair, bath seating chair, a few toddler games) A few cons *Every faucet has great hot water but be careful it can be scolding and every faucet adjusted in a different direction to get the hot water *I wish there were more plates, silverware and blankets. Had some cold nights in december and thermostat reverted after 4 hours when we were sleeping *mattreses were somwhat uncomfortable. *Mind one neighbor; ) All in all it was perfect for our family!I was ery grateful

This was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! My family and I stayed for 3 months and it was perfect in every way. The home was beautiful, spacious, had an amazing pool, and had everything we needed. Rachel was so helpful whenever anything came up. She responded quickly and made every effort to make the stay perfect for us.

Wonderful property! Travis responded immediately to our questions and was very helpful. My family had a great time relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the outdoor space. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very comfortable.

the house was amazing, good location and roomier space. beds were a little hard because the memory foam, but I'm used to soft beds. make sure you hot tub is on or it takes a little bit of time to heat up. pool was great, overall great experience

This home is beautiful and the property feels like a resort! Very clean and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and loved having a garage to park in. All the necessities provided and quick response time when we had a question. Highly recommend!!

We were in a bind without a place to stay for the night so finding this property was a life saver. We were able to book for the night at great price. Cheaper than booking hotel rooms and much more private and family friendly. The house was comfortable and allowed us to get the rest we needed while visiting family. Thanks again!!

Great stay, the space was exactly what we needed for a babymoon getaway. The backyard was set up so perfectly to be able to sit outside and relax. The house was very easy to get to and was close to a lot of great places to eat. Everything in the house was so clean and very organized! We would definitely stay there again in the future.

We were doing a major remodel of our home that’s only a few blocks away. I needed a place that would take 3 small dogs plus my husband & I. Very beautiful home. Had everything we needed. We felt right at home for 4 weeks!

Kyler's little casita is an ideal tranquil spot for anyone visiting the valley. Had a hiccup checking in that got quickly addressed and Kyler was very responsive to any other questions I had. If you're looking for a relaxing, tranquil place to stay with a bonus hot tub to relax in, at or during the day, definitely would recommend staying here. It's in an older established neighborhood with a park nearby and very quiet. The casita has everything you need for a short stay (mine was several days) and it's ideally located in Tempe with close access to all major highways.

Phil and Peggy were awesome hosts! They even got my boyfriend and I a birthday cake because I said we were staying there for a joint birthday night away from home. I thought that was so nice. It was private and clean!
