I really enjoy the stay Alex was on point with everything. I didn’t have to called him for nothing. He was giving me suggestions where to go and where to eat. The place was spotless clean. comfortable, cozy ,and beautiful. I did not want to leave. That’s how nice the stay was. I wanted to rent it for the next week.if it was available. Great place in Brickell! The location was very good with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bed was super comfortable and they had a great view on the balcony. The host was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had such a great stay over the Thanksgiving holiday - making great use of the backyard space and pool. The property was accurately represented in the photos and the kitchen was very well stocked. It's close to a lot of restaurants while maintaining a very private feel.

We had a great stay at Derek's place. He was very responsive to any questions I had. The house was clean, private and in a great location, walkable to restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay again.

Never been to Miami before and the location has made us fall in love with Miami. The art deco buildings, the beach the restaurants, the calm relaxed vibe. And so easy to get the big bus tours bus to go anywhere you need. We certainly kept busy in our 3 days and will definitely stay here again

Great place. Beautiful view of the ocean from the room. I felt safe at the condo and while walking around the neighborhood. But for the price it would be good if they provided cleaning service.

Igor was an amazing host! Even before we arrived he shared helpful hints about the area (restaurants, grocery stores, etc.), very detailed instructions about check in and amenities. The place was clean, comfortable, and the view was amazing. Its central location enabled us to walk to different restaurants in the area and stores. We will definitely stay there again next time we come.

The apartment is in a perfect location, it was a hassle-free check-in and equipped for a longer stay. We were very pleased and would book it again if it came to that.
