Vacation rentals with a patio in Surfside Beach

We were looking for a small, private location for a few days. This met our expectations, was super clean, and had a quiet neighborhood. Especially liked the private enclosed outside sitting area. Was close enough for us to downtown and local restaurants. Would stay again.

It’s a really nice place to stay when you have two people traveling to Miami. The rooms are cozy and clean. Definitely will come back if we travel to Miami again.

Everything was perfect, only one issue. The noisy AC and the water heater both in the hallway right outside the bedroom. I was pretty loud.

Arash is a very responsive and helpful host!! We found this location to be just as described. We appreciated its convenient location to many restaurants and other conveniences. It served as a great place for a brief stay prior to boarding our cruise ship. Very close to the airport and cruise terminal. We also stumbled upon a fantastic bike rental place called Back to Eden bike rentals. The owner delivered the bikes right to us and even gave us a private tour to get us to the beach. If you are looking to rent e-bikes for a 1/2 or full day, you can’t go wrong with them.

I loved the stay very easy to get everywhere. Very quiet, safe and clean. Only downside was the internet, it was choppy.

Best airb&b experience i’ve had. Host was responsive and kind. I ended up staying an extra night since my flight was canceled and they accommodated me immediately early in the morning. I will absolutely be staying with them again! Unit was gorgeous and the view was immaculate. 100/10 stay and experience! Will only be staying with them when i’m in Miami from now on!

The place is incredible, very comfortable and clean. The area is excellent, very close to many places. You can walk two blocks and be in the Design District. Johanna was always attentive to any questions during the stay. Its a place I would return to on my next trip with my family.

We loved our stay! The jacuzzi was perfect. It wasn’t working the first night we arrived (circuit breaker had been flipped) so we contacted Martin and he offered to send someone out that night. Once it was fixed we used it the rest of the trip. Location was great for us—cute neighborhood to walk around, and a short drive to the beach. Would stay again!

Nanet was super awesome and the house was nice and full of art and vintage stuff. If we needed more toiletries, she would bring them to us. And the mini hot tub was nice.

The place was adorable. Perfect location if you want to rent a yacht right outside. Beautiful view will definitely be back

We had a great stay at Tony’s apartment over our winter vacation. The apartment is indeed as described, very clean, well appointed and obviously well taken care of. The location is fantastic; a short walk to the beach as well as multiple restaurants, however not as frenetic as the neighborhood north of Fifth. It was nice to have the availability of a grill and the outdoor pool and dining areas. Tony was a very proactive and responsive host, checking in with us multiple times during our stay. We had a minor toilet issue that Tony quickly resolved. We look forward to staying with Tony again later this year.

It was pleasure staying in this gracious apt everything was amazing beach was close stores everywe wanted was around us plus it includes free garage spot whre u can always find parking snytime of the day philip was wvery friendly and helpful always available u could just ask any question he had answer or solution i really refomend everyone to check this apt out you would definitely stay satisfied worth its price

We could not have chosen a better location than Christina's condo for our first visit to Miami. We had a car, so access to the many attractions in the greater urban area was a doddle, and the building's onsite parking was a real bonus. The apartment's midtown siting provided a very amenable residential vibe, and the cluster of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk offered tons of dining choice. The apartment is a comfortable, spacious haven, and had every amenity we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable week. Highly recommend Christina's condo for a Miami break.

This was our second time at Maryrose’s. It was exactly as we remembered it to be and perfect for few days in Fort Lauderdale. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Will stay again!
