Vacation rentals with lake access in Sunriver

This was a perfect house for two families (10 total) with teenagers who wanted their own space. There was easy access to Bachelor for skiing and the house sits at a beautiful location right on the river. It has all the bells and whistles you would want for either a ski or Summer vacation including a hot tub, full apres ski mud room, play room, etc. We did lots of cooking and found a fully stocked kitchen including some spices and basics we needed. We would love to come back again. Host was very communicative.

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much as our first visit! The house design is just incredible with high, vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that let abundant Central Oregon sunlight shine in! The kitchen is so open and functional and both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, which we love in a home. The hot tub is perfectly situated in a private space. This home is almost magical and we are always comparing every other home with the "Caldera" home! We love it and I know we"ll be back again!

We spent a week at Michelle’s place and it was the perfect family vacation. Stunning yard with river access and lots of space for children and dogs to run around. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

We were here with our college aged children for Christmas. The house was perfect. Beautiful inside and out with a few extra amenities that made the stay extra special. Location was great. Communication with host was exceptional. House was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely rent again!

I booked Ryan’s place for my husband’s birthday and it could not have been more perfect! The house was very clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was very well stocked and it was a plus that there was a black stone and barbecue. We felt right at home during our stay! The jacuzzi was also a very nice added bonus and the area was beautiful! The house was only 15 minutes from the main downtown and Ryan had put together a little booklet that had great recommendations for amazing food and coffee shops! They also had toys available for my kids to play with which was also so nice! We would definitely book here again!

Awesome place! They had a lot of things you might need at the house. Plenty of kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, and the bikes and helmets were great. Was a perfect space for 3 families.

Such a nice and peaceful place to stay. Our host was super clear with check in and check out instructions. The house was super clean and great for my group of friends and family. If we come back to Sunriver we will stay here again!

perfect thanks giving spot for us. hot tub super nic, kitchen with everything you need even for thx giving cooking. only side note, bring your own pillow if you are picky. the pillows felt like an air mattress

I enjoyed a 10 day stay here. I was in the area to some some gravel riding so the location was great for me. It’s peaceful and quiet. The setup is cozy and good for 1-2 people. Had most of the amenities you need. Wifi was a bit spotty but not an issue for me. Smart TV worked well. Hosts were friendly but didn’t really see them so it was peaceful and private. Would stay again.
