Beautiful, bright, spacious, cozy condo with great energy! Steps away from the beach and minutes away from the famous shopping and dining areas of Baytown Wharf and Destin Beach. Large balcony, Full kitchen, 1 bed + a large comfy sofa bed, 2 Pools, 1 Hot tub, and kiddie pool. Washer/Dryer in unit. This one bedroom beauty is literally steps from the beach and has 2 pools + the beach all within a couple minute walk. All the furniture and appliances are modern and new. Large 55inch Smart TV flat screen in living room and 40 inch Samsung in bedroom. Everything is cleaned and disinfected after each stay. We take pride in being able to provide a beautiful area and invite you to come share the energy, vibe, and beauty of San Destin as well ! Grill outside in the family area, then enjoy your food on the sunset deck rooftop above or beautiful garden Luau area below. October 2022 Review: "This condo was great. 1st things first we have to commend the design on this home! Sonya’s place was beautiful inside & out! The space this place has to accommodate the family is insane! Sonya made sure the place was spotless , and smelt of fresh crisp air. There were plenty of linen to accommodate the entire group. The short walk to the beach was super cool, definitely should rent the golf cart Sonya has available if you will have small kids during your stay. The kitchen amenities were a plus my family & i spent the entire time in the kitchen & the pool even better!!! I do think the house could use a full size body mirror for the ladies when they are dressed to check themselves out , as well as a pod or 2 for the Keurig would have been nice. Other wise ALL 10s across the board for Bubbles Up! Thanks Sonya, looking forward to coming back soon!

This is a stunning condo with incredible views. Furnished nicely and is exactly as it appears in the photos. I especially enjoyed that I didn’t have to checkin with a front desk & loved the inclusion of beach chairs/umbrella rentals. Chase was very kind & responsive as I had a last minute person come on the trip with me and I didn’t know there was a form I should have completed so that they would have an arm band for the pool. But Chase had another arm band delivered to the room the next morning. Definitely want to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities were great including the beach service , pool and the fitness center which we took advantage of every day. The unit is just the right height to have a Birds Eye view while still being connected to the beach. The host was the most thorough I have experienced in 30 years of visiting the panhandle.
