Hotel vacation rentals in Sunny Isles Beach

very good and definitely worth it! only thing is the elevator didn't work for 2 out of the 3 days we stayed, but when I brought it up I was told "that's why the elevator is not listed in the amenities" which doesn't make sense to me cause it's like saying "the steering wheel was not listed in the car rental"

Our time here was perfect. The apartment was clean with a beautiful view, amazing beach and pool,… we felt safe and comfortable. Easy to check in and check out. Restaurants, supermarket and mall is close to the hotel. Everything was amazing and we will definitely come back again.

Great place to stay if you are staying around the Hollywood Boardwalk! Had all amenities listed and Rich was very responsive and kind. Literally a 45 second walk to the beach. Walking distance to a Mart and Liquor store. Had many restaurants around and a few seconds walk to Haagen-Dazs if ya feelin a lil dessert. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

I would definitely come back! The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It had everything to go to the beach, even toys for children. Jens is a very good host. The parking service offered by the place was not very good, but there was just a change of company during my stay and you could tell the difference in the change, since the new workers were friendlier and more cordial in their dealings.

We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

Really great spot to stay! Clean and modern room, great beach area and pool, and suuuuuper friendly people! I would recommend this place over and over if you want to stay somewhere where you can get some sun and easily walk into town to get dinner/drinks/etc!

This apartment was well equipped, very clean and perfect for my three day conference. It’s attached to the hotel and all of the amenities such as room service and beach/pool access are available just as for hotel guests. Jorge reached out soon after I arrived to make sure all was well.

The apartment was very clean, with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The location is good with direct access to the beach just outside the building. The pool area is nice, and there's a pool bar serving both drinks and snacks. While the location is peaceful, you'll need to take a bus or Uber (around $12) to reach the more popular restaurants and shopping areas in Miami Beach. All in all, it’s great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Mark’s place was fantastic! The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the amenities were perfect. The location couldn’t be better—with the beach directly across the street, it made for a super convenient and relaxing stay. The place came with beach chairs, which were a nice touch, and we rented an umbrella for the day for just $30. There were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area without driving. Having a CVS right downstairs was incrediblyconvenient for grabbing water, alcohol, and any other essentials we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Good location,specially if going for the cruise,is near to the port. Is very clean,everything is same as in the pictures.

This a very nice studio apartment that is very comfortable and nicely appointed. Barbara meet us upon our arrival and walked us through the resort signing in process, provided us a tour of the entire resort amenities and showed us our accommodations. She also made herself available throughout or stay for any questions. There are plenty of good to excellent restaurants within walking distance and I would highly suggest making reservations at H2O Cafe for dinner.

Great stay. The toilet was a little wonky but we made it work. Balcony faces a loud roof, and like other reviews said you can definitely hear Palace downstairs, but that didn’t bother us at all. Tiny walk across the street to the beach and close to an amazing restaurant called Bacon Bitch.

Jovany was a very responsive host. The hotel room was clean and exactly as described. The building had great amenities too!

We had a great stay! Everything about the 1 Br suite was exactly as advertised. The room was very clean, matched all the pictures from the listing, and we loved having the access to all the hotel amenities. We would definitely stay here again. 5 out of 5! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Location!! Within walking distance to restaurants cinema shopping and much more!! ALOT of amenities are available in the building, gym, rooftop pool, squash etc. The staff very friendly and helpful! The unit very pretty and clean w a Spectacular View!! My only negative was there wasn’t a place to put your folded clothes. No furniture that had drawers, which would have helped store clothing as there is only a small closet! My stay was almost 2 weeks so that would of been helpful extra storage If it’s a short weekend trip possibly not needed! Regardless ( of my only negative) it’s a Very nice unit. Everyone was very professional and responsive! Location is Awesome!! Great Stay

The apartment is very clean and the location is great, close to the beach, water taxi (the best), the amenities are very good and the establishment is of high quality... one of the best places I've stayed at! Grateful to Mike and his hospitality!

I loved the location of this place. It's close to the beach for easy back and forth if needed. Also loved that we had 2 chairs an umbrella and cooler to use for our time there. I would definitely stay here again. Jeff made sure we were always satisfied and if we needed anything he was on it immediately.
