PRIVAT VILLA ON THE BEACH WITH POOL

What a lovely apartment, its huge, certainly big enough for our needs, lots of bathrooms and. Helps when you have so many people in the house. The pool with the apartment is great if you don’t mind the cold, we used it but only a couple of times, two great pools in the resort. Also a lovely beach close by. What was really handy was the supermarket being so close. Not the cheapest but handy for ice creams and things you run out of. A few things missing in the kitchen that we would have liked but that is the always the case with self catering. Kosta was a great communicator with his agent living close by and she was so helpful. At one point we switched off one of the hot water tanks by mistake and had no hot water and she sorted it within 5 minutes. These things really help when you have someone close by. Other issue is parking, its all free but its a bit of a free for all and not for the faint hearted! We certainly would recommend this to anyone.

house look like on photos, swimming pool was prepared and cleaned every day. kitchen was fully equipped included coffe machine and dishwasher. everything was good expect little problems with internet. sometimes at the evening Marten animal was invading us, climbing on the house.

We had a great time at Robert’s house!The house is beautiful,very well equipped and very safe which is very important to us because of our autistic son!Very quiet and chill place with lovely neighbours.The communication with Neli was great,she is very helpful and kind! Definitely will recommend to our friends and will hire again!

One of the nicest places we've been. Great communication with the host. Very valuable tips for local shops and communication. A home with three bathrooms can feel comfortable with up to one family. A family-friendly home. An apartment stocked with everything - you can really feel at home in it.

What an amazing and peaceful place to stay. Lovely nature, birds and a beautiful beach just 5 min away by car (walking distance as well). The host was more than welcoming, gave us recommendations and checked up on us if everything is okay. The house was in perfect condition. There was an ongoing renovation but the host made sure that this would not intervene with our stay for which we are more than thankful. Banya is 20 min away by car from multiple resorts as well as hiking trials which was really cool. Overall, we loved our stay and we are coming back this summer for sure! See you soon, Victorio!

An amazing place made for a real holiday. We were extremely satisfied during our week-long stay. The fact that it is not in Pomorie is by no means a minus, on the contrary-we enjoyed the peace and quiet of Kamenar, while taking us lessthan 10 minutes by car to get to the beach of Pomorie. The house is very well equipped and we didn't lack for absolutely nothing. Hosts keep the place clean and tidy and are very welcoming and helpful. It's convenient for families with children or companies up to 8-10 people, with extra sleeping areas ( we were with two young children under 3 and one young person 10 years old). The courtyard of the house is a big plus, as is the covered garage. I absolutely recommend this place to people who need real rest, quiet, and relaxation, and I hope to visit again

It's a very beautiful place, both the house and the old town. A perfect place to rest and "recharge the batteries." Everything was close by (walking distance) - restaurants, grocery stores, local market place, and the beach. Villa Alenor is a perfect match for those who enjoy the sea while exploring local culture and history. The host and her representatives were very responsive. The villa felt like home away from home. The house was wonderful! Spacious with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and each had a full bathroom which is super convenient. The second floor had a combined bedroom with a living and kitchen and again there was a full bathroom. Terrace was our favorite spot with sea views and a huge table for dining or relaxing. The house was clean and neat in a great location, only 8-9 minutes from the beach. There is also a garage which for me was super convenient! Gergana is super responsive and fully answered all our questions and tried her best to make sure everything was ok and we were satisfied :) I recommend anyone who chose to holiday in Sveti Vlas!

Kameliya is an amazing hostess and person, with a beautiful house. She was very helpful and kind, even offered us coffee in the morning. The house was clean, well maintained, with a great balcony for stargazing. Drive for a few minutes and you'll be at a truly amazing beach! Overall everything was really great! Thank you Kameliya!

A place a little far from the center, but very quiet. The apartment has air conditioning, clean. A kitchen stocked, though you could use a colander and a spatula for stirring in a frying pan. Two days before arrival, we received a friendly offer from the host to change the reserved accommodation for a better one (larger, two-story villa) without extra charge. The villa is located in a quiet, well-kept complex. It is completely renovated, very spacious, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Nice swimming pool with a bar in the complex. Good communication with the host. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We had an amazing week. Hristo was a fabulous Host, he greeted us on the first day and showed us around the property. He gave great recommendations for local spots to eat. The house itself was nicer than the online pictures. It was clean and organized. The complex it self is very family friendly, with gated community and security check point. We had a great time

As expected we had a great time. We were a group of 8 people, the house is spacious, everything matched the description, it was very clean and Tzoni is a great host. Location is also great - in the heart of the town. There are couple of beach options in walking distance. Gradina & Kavaci are nearby (10-15 minutes drive). Great overall experience.
