Vacation rentals with a patio in Sun Peaks

I was there for the sking, but it was so relaxing my and my partner just laid in bed for half a day. just enjoying the peace and quiet. I'd definitely book again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is lovely, with stunning views and a great location. There were so many thoughtful touches within the space, and we felt so comfortable and at home. Thom and Monika went above and beyond to create a lovely experience for us, and we will certainly be back for a future vacation.

Matched the add. The host was wonderful. The space was clean and plush. Central location for visiting town and quick access to hwys. Peaceful cozy and quiet. Definitely recommend this spot and will definitely book again.!

Sarah was an amazing and friendly host. She responded to all queries in a timely manner and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The place was immaculate and in the best location at Sun Peaks. It was central, with easy access to restaurants, lift tickets and parking. The hot tub was amazing and a fully stocked kitchen made it much easier to prepare meals. I highly recommend Sarah's place. You will not be disappointed.

Malcolm's place was absolutely lovely. You can tell it is well kept and well respected. Malcolm was also very responsive answering any questions we had, even on Sunday morning! We were visiting for biking and the garage had plenty of room for 8 bikes to be stored securely, along with room for our truck and dirty bike gear. The only minor downside for summertime is not being in the village close to the biking lifts, but in only 10-15 mins walking, you're in the Village anyway so it's not a problem at all. Will absolutely stay again.

We are frequent Airbnb guests and this was hands down the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. Our top priority when choosing a place, so this was a major win. Their home is lovely, spacious and immaculate. Very well appointed and secure. Will definitely stay again when we are in Kamloops. Can’t recommend highly enough. This is my second time coming back to Kaitlynn’s place. This time I was able to bring my dog and she provided a care kit for my dog, (which was the sweetest thing ever) She went beyond and above the call of duty and even check on my doggie while I was out. 🥰Just having someone look out for my pet means the world to me. I will always choose to stay at Kaitlynn’s every time I come to Kamloops.

We really enjoyed Kevin's property. It is beautiful inside, designed well, and comfortable furniture. It was also clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. The view is also fantastic, and it's a nice walk to the village, especially along the valley trail next to the creek. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful ski in-ski out location to Orient chairlift. Just out of the busy village, which I really liked, but easily walkable (takes about 20 minutes). Travelled with two 17 year old boys and spouse. The bathrooms and bedrooms are at either side, with a nice master ensuite; well laid out, perfect for two couples or a family of 4. Linens and towels all new and beds super comfortable. Lovely views out of the windows. Gorgeous new hot tub. The development is newer so nice finishing; heated small garage. We ate in most meals, kitchen well stocked and nice appliances. We’d stay again! Price was reasonable given the time of year when everyone hikes their prices, making it challenging with families. So appreciate that! Occupancy is 4. No kitchen table (bar seating) but it worked fine for us.

Cheryl was an incredibly attentive and kind host. She even went as far as dropping off forgotten items from the unit for us in town- she really went above and beyond. The place was spotless and so cozy. I can’t say enough good things about Cheryl and our stay.

This was a great place for the four of us and our little dog. The place had many convenient amenities and details the owners really were thoughtful about. Kitchen is full stocked, lots of linens and towels (even robes). The hot tub, sauna, massage chair were excellent. The garage was also set up for exercising and convenient ski gear staging and storage. Don't expect to park your vehicle inside though. But there is parking outside. The ski in/out was also pretty convenient, but you are not super close to the village (15 min walk or ski/lift route). We found this to be a great way to warm up to get to Sundance or or Sunburst lifts. Be aware that this is a pet friendly place and therefore there are signs of pet presence. It is very clean, but the occasional dog hair here or there will pop up.

Great ski-in Ski-out location right in the village, nice view of the mountain. Very central and extremely convenient with underwound parking, ski storage room and nice out door hot tub for the building. Very comfortable and efficient layout, good bed, good couch and fully stocked kitchen. The place is perfect for a ski getaway. We would highly recommend this suite it is perfect.

If your are considering this and it is available--book immediately!!!! This was a 5⭐️ stay for us! Iris & Nicolas communication was protective and clear, they were very communicative. The apartment is exactly as described, directions and parking were very clear. This apartment is meticulously maintained and a very well stocked kitchen! We were here for American Thanksgiving and were easily able to make our entire meal easily! The washer/dryer were standard house size (much larger than the lodges/apartment ones in the area!). The hot tub was cleaned frequently during our visit and we were extremely comfortable throughout. Everything was SPOTLESS! Additionally, we skied 7/7 days, and were able to comfortably shower 2 adults + 1 child and not have a lack of hot water! This apartment is in Echo Landing, a 25 metre walk from the run to get to Orient or Morrisey chairs, a perfect way to start/end your day! We will 100% try and stay here again if this property is available!!!
