Vacation rentals with a patio in Sun Peaks

We loved the little apartment which is perfect for two. Being able to cook our own food was convenient. The hot tub was fantastic after full days skiing. The ski-in/ski-out was so easy for the village trail but being tucked behind the ice rink made it peaceful and private.

Monika and Thom’s oasis was the absolute perfect place to stay for my family of 4 during a ski trip at Harper Mountain. The place was exactly as described in the description if not better in person. Very private, spacious and super quiet. I’m an absolute clean freak and the cleanliness of Monika and Thom’s place did not disappoint! The kitchen was completely stocked with all that was needed. The bathroom was very relaxing with a nice high pressure shower. The bedroom was super cozy and very spacious. They have a hot tub which we used after a full fun day at the mountain and a sauna which we didn’t have time to use but will next time we stay at their place. The details and care taken to run this suite is absolute perfection. One thing I noticed that was much appreciated were the amount of clothing hooks around the place. I must have used them all, haha! Very convenient! We can not wait to return next season! Thanks Monika and Thom for a fantastic stay!

Jaime’s place is nice cozy and peaceful, a perfect place for a weekend getaway. I totally enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend :)

Genevieve‘s place is a perfect stay and location if you want to go to skiing at sun peaks, it is only a 50m drive! The bnb itself is quite spacious with 3 rooms and a pullout couch and with full kitchen, it has everything you will need. It does seem like there are neighbouring units that are walled off (one beside this unit, and one below), but this wasn’t an issue for our stay.

Stay was excellent, I would recommend staying here.

Tanya was a great host. Her place was very comfortable and inviting. It was big enough for the two of us and was kept very clean and tidy. We would definitely be happy to stay there again.

Malcolm’ place was great - clean, spacious and everything we needed was there. The shuttle from the village was handy on a cold evening, buts it’s only a 15 min walk to the village. We kept the mess and clutter to a minimum because there is a heated storage and get-ready space in the heated garage. Very nice place with a great hot tub!

We had a great stay at Pardeep’s place. The accommodation was clean and spacious. Pardeep was an excellent communicator and check-in was very easy. Great place to be for some mountain biking in and around Kamloops.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood, great spot to watch the sunsets over Kamloops.

Around 50 mins to sun peak ski resort, close to Costco and other grocery store, very nice place to stay a few day with friends and family

Everything about this air bnb experience was perfect. Never felt so comfortable at an airbnb as this one. Instant home feeling. Super stress free for our transition to our new town. Will recommend to anyone and everyone that comes to Kamloops and needs a spot to crash. Thank you

We wanted to be close to the university and it was about a 12 minute walk. Great location for all the amenities. What sells this place is the beautiful view!! Spacious, clean and host Jason was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Great location but would need a car or a taxi into Downtown Kamloops. Fantastic accommodation exceptionally clean and everything you need for a fantastic stay. The area is lovely and quiet and only a 10 minute drive to Downtown Kamloops. I would highly recommend Patsy accommodation and we had a great time there. Would definitely go back if we go back to Kamloops which is a beautiful place and fantastic views and lakes.The Canadian people were very welcoming.

Kadens condo was the perfect location for our ski vacation. Minutes to the Orient and Morrisey lifts and a great set up for storing ski gear. Would highly recommend for a winter trip!

We had the best stay at Holly’s place! We loved it so much we booked it again for next year. Everything in the condo felt brand new and super clean. The location is unbeatable - end unit literally a few steps to ski hill. Best ski in ski out location we’ve stayed at in Sun Peaks. Garage was converted for winter to house gear- making it easy to store all our ski stuff! Condo had all the things you would need and more. Holly was super kind and responsive.

Kaitlyn and Chad’s condo was a perfect spot for my stay in Sun Peaks. The condo is very homely, with everything I needed. Bed was super comfortable, location was really convenient, just a short walk/skate to Orient chair and then I could ski right back to the front door. An easy 10 minute walk into the village, convenient and quiet away from the noise of the village. 100% recommend.

The place was comfortable, well equipped and great for ski-in/ski-out. It is about a 20 minute walk to the village - and also right at a shuttle stop with service in and out of the village every 40 minutes or so.

This was a great place for the four of us and our little dog. The place had many convenient amenities and details the owners really were thoughtful about. Kitchen is full stocked, lots of linens and towels (even robes). The hot tub, sauna, massage chair were excellent. The garage was also set up for exercising and convenient ski gear staging and storage. Don't expect to park your vehicle inside though. But there is parking outside. The ski in/out was also pretty convenient, but you are not super close to the village (15 min walk or ski/lift route). We found this to be a great way to warm up to get to Sundance or or Sunburst lifts. Be aware that this is a pet friendly place and therefore there are signs of pet presence. It is very clean, but the occasional dog hair here or there will pop up.

Excellent location with true ski in, ski out. Condo was well appointed with everything you need. Bar downstairs can get a bit rowdy on Fri and Sat nights but apart from that really quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great communication, the access to Morrissey is great for people who want to ski that area as well. I don't know when the condo was built, but it seemed almost brand new to us..
