We had the most incredible week in Salt Lake City! This home was perfectly located and offered the most amazing views! Comfy beds, clean home & well stocked kitchen if you prefer to eat in.. all the comforts of home!

We live in Puerto Rico and needed an ada space so we could share early thanksgiving meals with family. This space was ideal. We had no issues getting my mom’s wheelchair in and around. It was the first time in over 10 years our extended family was able to be together for thanksgiving. This space with its beautiful views of the SLC valley was amazing. We really enjoyed the hot tub during a sleet/snow storm. Thank you!

Kathy’s place was great. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very spacious and the kitchen had all you need to make meals for our big family.

This was a fun place to stay. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The ping pong table, air hockey table and arcade games added to the fun! House was close to the freeway which made it easy to get everywhere. We hope to stay again.

Family gathering. This was the perfect place we enjoyed the hot tub and the house was large enough for everyone to have their space. We would stay there again. Jessica responded quickly to our needs. We appreciated her coming out to help with the electric fireplace as the living room was a bit chilly and the bedroom too hot. She closed the vent under the bed and the temperature in house was better the rest of our stay.

We had the perfect quick getaway in the home. Arrived to the house beautifully decorated for Christmas which was such a nice, extra touch. My kids loved the hot chocolate and candy candes left for them to enjoy, so thoughtful! The house has so many fun amenities & activities, and its walking distance to the lake made it a perfect getaway. Our group said all weekend how nice the stay was, and how we needed to return in warmer weather to enjoy the backyard more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!

My family and I stayed here for a family vacation. Lots of bedrooms, proximity to movie theaters, two neighborhood parks and close to SLC.

Great place to stay, would stay there again. Jake was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed.

Peter’s place is a classic SLC bungalow with all of the modern updates and amenities for a pleasant stay. The kitchen has nice appliances and is well supplied from cookware to dinnerware., and baking supplies. The cupboards are labeled, as are the light switches around the house. There were plenty of hangers in the closets and the beds were comfortable. The electric fireplace in the living room is a nice touch, and convenient for a quick warmup during chilly weather. Peter was prompt with bis replies to questions and concerns. The location is great in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is easy access to the freeways to ski areas or downtown. There is a coffee shop about 2 blocks away, and a super market within a few more blocks. We had a great stay and will definitely return.

Stayed a few times now. Favorite place when I’m in salt lake area. Clean. Spacious. Private. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Garage parking is a plus.

This was a comfortable rental with plenty of room for our whole family. Perfect location with a nearby grocery store and gas station.

even though I stayed there mainly because of the hot tub, I didn't get a chance to use it. it was pretty cold outside, but that doesn't normally stop me. there was this amazing brick fireplace . so after relaxing in the indoor jetted tub I found myself sitting by the fire immersed in a great collection of books. I felt completely at home. it was the perfect getaway 😍

We stayed at Wendy's home due to a restoration project that was happening at our home. We appreciated the space, privacy, and hot tub. The house was very clean and Wendy was always nice and communicated well. Very comfortable house and Instructions where easy to follow. Thank you

Lovely house in a cute neighborhood. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and convenient drive to all locations around the city and airport. Very nicely decorated, clean, and easily accommodated our all-female group of 6. Cameron was so proactive in communicating and has detailed information that helped make our stay as easy as possible. Would definitely book here again!

The street/neighborhood is quiet. The house is expertly renovated with new and clean everything. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything I needed. Amazing value.

This is an awesome deal for a pet friendly stay. Fenced yard. Durable wood and tile floors. Will stay again! It was only 2 of us but this place would be perfect for a family trip. Great natural light with spacious bedrooms and 2 and a 1/4 bath! Great kitchen and roomy fridge. Very quiet neighborhood. A park / playground/ community center is next door . We commuted to Park City and Sugar House for activities. We cooked in, used the roku, and played boardgames as well. Thanks, Lisa!

Had a great stay with Bruce & Sadie Mae! Quiet neighborhood. Bruce recommended the Nacho House and food was fantastic. Bruce also showed us his art studio! Very cool & beautiful pieces. Had a fantastic stay!

Perfect location and good space to visit family. Close to shopping, restaurants and mountains. It is an older home that has been remodeled so a few quirky things. I did a lot of cooking there, the pots and pans need to be updated/upgraded but still workable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay at Allisons home. It was beautiful & so peaceful. The backyard was such a beautiful view from the kitchen & balcony. Was pleasently surprised that they had so many extras of all supplies. Normally we have to make a trip to the store, but not this time!!👍👍 Communication with Allison & Andrew was easy & any request was taken care of immediately. Definitely will be our Airbnb whenever we're in Utah :) Thanks Allison & Andrew!

I was in town for a family emergency. Lane and Analee accommodated my check in and check out times since I was dealing with having to move in and out of multiple rentals. They were very easy to communicate with, and made my stay very enjoyable.
