Beachfront vacation rentals in Summerland

We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend staying here! The location is beautiful with fantastic views out to the lake. We staying in the winter but I would love to return in the summer to take advantage of the patios. There is good separation between the two sleeping spaces and we appreciated all of the thoughtful touches. The master king bed is very comfortable and all the linens were very clean, soft and luxurious feeling. The kitchen is well set up. We enjoyed the location right on the lake and the accessible/stroller friendly walking path to get to the city centre. We also liked the little dog beach just down the street. Thank you for a terrific stay, we hope to return again!

My family and I had the most incredible week staying on the lake. The house was perfect for our needs. Super spacious inside and outside was even better! Leanne communicated so well and it felt like I was chatting with a friend. We had a small 13-person wedding and dinner in the backyard, which was magical. I will 100% book here again! This place was amazing! The home, front deck, area, lake……our family had so much fun! We swam, and went paddle boarding everyday lol we visited, played games, had fires on the beach at night, cooked in the well stocked kitchen and on the great bbq. The quiet coffees in the morning looking out over the lake were also a favourite. The area was so peaceful and quiet. We just had the best time. Barb was great and we had everything we needed. The only thing was that there were 6 of us adults and it was a little tight but we made it work. There were also deer that came by everyday. ☺️

Wonderful place to stay! We had so much fun at the lake water park and our home away from home was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We appreciated having 4 separate bedrooms to accommodate our group of 7. The a/c worked great and we could enjoy the sun outside then relax in the cool comfort of the house. Melanie was a super responsive host and very helpful which was greatly appreciated. If you’re on the fence about the golf cart rental, go for it. The walk to the pool and market is flat and easy but the trip down to the lake is quite the hike.

We absolutely loved Justin’s and Rene’s wonderful property! This was the best Airbnb by far! The communication was fantastic and Justin was proactive in touching base to make sure our first night was good! The fresh flowers and wine were very nice touches. Bedrooms were super comfy and private. The kitchen was wonderful and well stocked, great for family meals. Our favourite part was the outdoor space with a wonderful seating area with a propane fire, and hot tub. Perfect spot for evenings and morning coffees. The view was spectacular! We will definitely be back!!

Excellent location and extremely well maintained. Had everything we needed (and more!) and allowed for our 5 guests to stay comfortably. Would 100% stay at hoots hideout again and cannot recommend this spot more!

Nermin's property was beautiful, well-kept. The pool was a huge hit with our girls as they had hours of fun swimming and playing. She was always willing to help and was such a kind person. she offered and made us the most delicious pizza that we all devoured. She was interesting to speak with about her travels and life, and her dog Rollo kept us from being too homesick for our dogs. We had an excellent experience and would be happy to return again next summer. We highly recommend this great spot.

Nathan responded quickly to any of our questions and was very helpful with some minor issues. Took care of them asap If ever in Kelowna again and in need of Airbnb would definitely rebook.

Everything from the time off booking until check out was amazing. perfect location, great space and amenities, including parking. Wow. This place is something else. The view over Lake Okanagan is brilliant and you have three spacious decks to view it from. I can't add anything to all the other reviews which all describe how good the apartment is other than to point out it is in fact a two bedroom apartment with a third (pulldown from the wall) queen bed. That bed is not in a bedroom. It is in the upstairs common area and does not have any privacy. That said, we loved our stay and you can't ask for a more helpful host in Kris.

Our family stayed at the condo for three nights and were very thankful for a place that felt like home! We had five adults and two infants and we fit perfect. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable, the view beautiful and home spotless. We appreciated the comfy beds and the great communication!

We had a wonderful stay and it exceeded our expectations. Lovely unit located close the the pool. The host were accommodating and helpful. communication was great. The pictures are accurate, kitchen is well equipped. We have highly recommended this place to our friends and hope to return next year! Would definitely book again!

The condo was beautiful, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we need, location was close to vineyards and 15min drive to city centre, and the fact that you are right there on the beach and the pool it’s just steps away was so convenient, book it, you won’t regret it!

Great place! Had all the things we needed - Stocked with all the essentials. The hosts were prompt with responding and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. I misunderstood the description and thought there were three bedrooms, but there are two bedrooms and then two more beds at the top of the stairs. But we made it work for our family and had a great time.

Loved our stay at the Barona Beach Resort Suite. Unit was exactly as described, clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. Would high recommend!

Tania’s cottage at Boucherie Beach is beyond perfection for a family holiday by the Lake. Tons of space, fully stocked kitchen, modern and clean throughout. The property with its beach, pool and hot tub and ample run around room was more than you could ask for as a family. Plus the “private” entrance to the winery, cafe and restaurant next door made it so you really never had to leave.

Incredible stay! This couldn’t have been a better experience! The house is adorable, the back yard is perfect and location is prime! We loved our stay and every detail was thought of!

This is a beautiful restful place and the hosts are very forthcoming and quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the view is simply unbeatable!

Julie is an amazing host. We had an issue (totally out of her control) that she jumped on immediately and had it fixed within the hour. She was always available and provided helpful info and suggestions. The Bay Area is perfect for launching your SUP, kayak or canoe and heading off on an adventure. The bay is weedy so sadly not good for swimming but we were able to paddle out to the lake and jump off the boards. We felt right at home with our dog making a BFF with Julie’s and being able to lay on the dock at night and count stars made it the perfect time away from the city. I adore Julie and will be back to stay again soon. If you want to go somewhere with a host you can trust and is there to ensure you have a great experience, stay with Julie ❤️

We had a lovely stay here. The home was very clean, well decorated and the beds were SO comfortable! We loved having the grill right outside and the kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again!

This is an excellent property and the real life experience is probably better than the photos. This is a fully equipped modern house with a swimming pool and leads onto the beach. My only small criticism is that you can see directly through the floor to ceiling windows of the Master bedroom from the outside, if the shutters are up. There is special glass that exists to prevent that but this property doesn’t have it, so you have to be mindful to close the shutters when you require privacy. Also, you need to be aware that the swimming pool is closed at certain times of the year. Nevertheless, this is a fabulous property and we hope to stay again in the summer.

This is a great spot on the lake in one of the best places on Earth.
