Sergio is an exceptional host! Very friendly and accommodating to every need and question we had. We had a fabulous boat tour with him up into the Sumidero Canyon, which was breathtakingly beautiful and memorable. He is very knowledgeable about the surroundings and had delightful recommendation’s for restaurants and sightseeing in Chiapa de Corzo. We didn’t have our own vehicle, but getting into town was very accessible with Didi (similar to Uber) and local taxis. The room was very clean, excellent comfortable bed, and shower pressure was superb. Kitchen was spotless and the property is lush and green and well taken care of. We felt very safe. It’s private without feeling isolated. We were the only guests for the two nights we stayed which was also very relaxing. We will be back one day hopefully soon!

We had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation, clean, modern and perfectly equipped, met all of our expectations. The owner was very responsive to our questions and even agreed to accommodate our ideal checkout time. Also, someone is at the reception 24/7, which makes the place even safer and makes you feel like you're in a very good hotel!

The hotel is quite comfortable, with easy access for the elderly or visually impaired and a large parking lot, It is not in the center but is in an area where you are located near the main Tuxtla Library and you can head to almost anywhere that has an Oxxo and a pharmacy on the Ground Floor, a Bodega Aurrera store across the street and a couple of fast food shops in the surroundings. It would only be missing a pool to be placed next to other Hotels but I know that would increase the price which is important differentiating from this one.

Excellent place, comfortable, stylish, spacious and above all very clean. The room has everything you need and you feel a lot of privacy. Paco was on the lookout and is friendly. The area is very quiet and beautiful/would definitely return.
