Waterfront vacation rentals in Sumida River

We had a great stay! The place was very nice and clean, and located in an amazing area! Very convenient and scenic.

Since I keep coming back to Hiro’s place, you can tell that I really like hiro’s place. It is nice and compact. 200 meters to the closest train station on odakyu line.. which is 1 station away from a JR… and very easy to connect to metro. Roughly 700 yens to haneda airport. Easy connection (500 meter walk) at Kawasaki station. Now we are experts on traveling from Hiro’s place. Hiro always has a way to make us feel very welcome, this time with the strawberry in the fridge. And yes always very flexible checkin and out. Lots of local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Loved staying at Miu Hotel! Location was perfect - one stop away from bustling Shinagawa (which connects to everything), yet quiet, convenient and walkable. Miu’s food recommendations were great too! The space was spotless and comfortable, though a little tight for 2 adults 2 kids. Check-out was fuss free, which we really appreciated. Thanks so much Miu for a wonderful stay on our first trip to Tokyo! ❤️

Very cool and beautifully decorated, it worked well for our family of 6. It is compact but with very spacious, clean and comfortable bedroom areas. The place was pristine, and had everything we needed. Amazing shower, always a bonus! The hosts were extremely helpful, kind and responsive, allowing us to store our luggage until we needed to leave for our flight home. The area is great, lots of little restaurants along the riverside, we had a delicious meal and a really fun night at Tawan Tei only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Also there is an amazing bakery called Sunmerry just as you head towards Nakai station. We were only there for three nights so didn't have time to check out much more but there are lots of options. Plenty of convenience stores nearby too. I would highly recommend Yuko and Ken's place.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, comfortable (the beds were so cozy!), and a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The washing machine made our stay so convenient as well. You can count on a lovely stay if you book this place!

This was a wonderful place - it was clean and in a great location. It was just a little walk to the station, but I didn’t mind that. This fit our family of four to adults two teenagers perfectly well everything is very clean and neat and modern. We would stay there again in a minute.

I'm leaving a review in Korean in the hopes that many Koreans will use it:) This is my fourth trip to Japan, and it was the most cozy and friendly place I've ever used. There are 3 bedrooms in the second floor of the private house, and all but one room has 2 spacious king-sized beds.✨ Communication was quick and very pleasant! In Japan, there are many places where foreigners are the landlords and only rent out the house, but I felt that the host was a local, so he put a lot of affection and care into every single detail. Recommended for those traveling with family or a group of friends. For reference, it's a 10-minute walk from Ichinoe Station, and it's a station on the Shinjuku Line, so it's easy to get to the center of Tokyo! There's a big river on the way, so the neighborhood scenery is so beautiful.💌 It was very beautiful and comfortable.During my stay, I could feel that the house was filled with Kou's🎐 love. Thank you.🎀

For the price, this accommodation had more that what it’s worth. It provided us with many amenities that greatly assisted us in our day to day chores, such as the washing machine and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and they even provided bicycles for us to use. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for an accommodation that’s affordable and worth its value.

Our stay was wonderful. Home was very clean and in a great location. About a 10 min walk to Shibuya station. 7-11 2 blocks a way. Hosts were always available for any questions or concerns that we may have had. They were very welcoming and always messaging us if we needed anything and how are stay was going. Very friendly and professional hosts. Every amenity that we could need was provided in the home for our use, and not just single use items but full size amenities. We would definitely stay here again! Arigato to all the host!

Charming place in a very good location. Down a quiet side street but an easy walk to lots of places you would want to go or grab a train nearby. Legendary Swamp Coffee was our daily ten minute walk to the coolest little coffee shop you’ll ever see. Host was great too.

Friendly host with clear communication. Accommodation was clean and well equipped for my family. Close to local train station for access to the city. We did find the freeway next to the building rather noisy however. Overall good accommodation.

Good location if you plan to visit Disneyworld and Disney sea. The house is very warming and beds really comfortable.

We stayed at this wonderful location for a little over a week and it was really convenient and easy getting about with great local atmosphere and vibes! Although it might not look it, the location is amazing and you can get to literally everywhere very conveniently! Will definitely look to rebook the place the next time we are in Tokyo! Stayed for six nights, it can be said to be a good value for money in Tokyo, new, clean, modern, water temperature and water pressure are good, the host responded quickly, willing to accommodate requests, close to Oshiage station, highly recommended overall!

Great location in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and easily walkable to the train station. Our party of 3 had a comfortable stay and the host was responsive with clear instructions.

エイホウさん was an amazing host. Very warm, friendly and positive attitude, always responsive. I loved my 7-day-stay at this apartment and it was mainly because of エイホウさんpresence. The price is right, the location was very quiet and close enough to 2 subway/train stations which made it easy to go anywhere. Thank you エイホウさん for everything!!

Jing was an excellent host! Gave clear instructions and went above and beyond with having a warm and welcoming home. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this accommodation, and will keep it in mind for any future trips to Japan!
