House vacation rentals in Sullivan County

We booked Ben's place to welcome the new year and we enjoyed our stay. The house is a beautiful lakehouse in a peaceful community. The kids enjoyed the games so much. Ben was a reponsive host and very much adjusting. Would love to visit the house in summer again.

The place is clean, peaceful, lovely, quiet. My family had so much fun, especially the pool. Thank you very much.

We reserved this property for our employees who were in the area for business. Host was responsive and friendly. Excellent communication. Our employees enjoyed the property and the amenities that the house had to offer. House was comfortable. We will hope to be able to stay here again on our future trips!

We had to book a place on short notice due to a family funeral. Adriana was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The space was newly renovated, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The plants gave it a warm touch and the natural light gave us a sense of peace. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoors, but imagine it’s even better in warmer weather. Adriana was very pleasant to deal with and was both proactive and responsive when we had questions.

The pictures do not do this property justice. Beautiful house, property and furnishings. This is an ideal location for anyone who loves nature and wants to get away from it all. The house is huge, full kitchen plenty of amenities, numerous rooms, very comfortable and spotless. The cherry on top was the host! David is extremely gracious and very accommodating. We are looking forward to returning to enjoy this property more!

Beautiful, spacious home. Great layout - open great room and kitchen area; great bedrooms with comfy beds. Our youngest loved swimming in the pool and using the game room. Nice little touches - towels at the pool, well-appointed bathrooms (with single use amenities). Ada was very responsive. Home was very clean. We had a wonderful weekend stay.

Perfect location! Quick bike ride via the trail to little league World Series stadium and restaurants and shops. It was nice to park and leave the car at the rental and avoid the traffic in town. Very clean, everything as described. Very responsive and accommodating host. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Barn. The all wood interior was tastefully designed and very spacious as you would imagine a renovated barn would be. The barn was very well equipped regarding kitchen utensils, knives, many bathroom essentials (if needed), even a couple bottles of wine. It was the easiest check in we've experienced with Airbnb as Chantel left the door open and the keys were onthe counter. Chantel was prompt in her responses and very communicative. We were looking for a place that was in the country close to hiking trails and such and that is exactly what the barn provided. Highly recommend.

This house was clean, easy to locate, and the scenery is beautiful. This house was very pet friendly. My 2 dogs had wonderful walks. I will recommend staying at this location to anyone that appreciates the finer things in life.

This Airbnb is worth the price. It is clean and well kept. Ruth communicates very well and is always able to contact if you have any questions.

We love staying at the schoolhouse! This was our fourth winter visit, and we just love it. Very peaceful in the woods and such a cozy and lovely spot inside. Very nice!

They had flexible check in which helped us out a ton. Beautiful area for a weekend with friends. Hot tub was amazing especially in the cold. House was nice but a bit dusty. Nothing too serious honestly. They checked in on us to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything and to make sure that the hot tub was working fine (which we just had to learn the controls)

This definitely was like a home away from home. Welcoming decor- rooms to relax in and easy to keep tidy. Tracy provides all the basic items you will need and then some. The online guidebook was a great help to findings local dinning. Their quick response time to any questions or concerns was very appreciated. You can tell they take pride in their property. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I found the house to be surrounded by a beautiful state park. Located close to hiking trails and off the beaten path. We drank our coffee in the morning, watched the deer graze and the blue birds eating berries. One morning we were lucky to catch site of a black bear. There is a grocery store, Mountain Fresh, down the road a bit. It's the perfect place to pickup food. The house has a perfect country kitchen and a great view. Hike, chill, repeat. Thanks Jeff for such a nice stay.
