House vacation rentals in Sulcis

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about 10 minutes walk. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts who were always available for any requests or information.

Deborah gave us a very warm welcome on the evening of our arrival. She is a very obliging and attentive hostess. Deborah was so helpful that she even helped to bake a birthday cake for our daughter. We were given a small present as a farewell gift. The unheated pool was the highlight and was always great for cooling off. The accommodation itself is functionally furnished. We slept very well in the beds. The accommodation is private and quiet in the middle of an olive plantation. We didn't really notice the nearby industrial area. There are many great beaches and activities in the area, just ask Deborah for recommendations.

Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

We had a lovely stay at Giorgio's house. His little house is very nice, very clean and well equipped. The view of the sea in the distance is magnificent. We recommend the sunrise... We were there in November and I can assure you that the visit to the Sardinian deer in the evening was absolutely fabulous. ;-) Giorgio (and Betty) are absolutely adorable and always available to give you all the information you need about places to visit.

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni's parents. The property is paradise. Turtles, parrots, chickens, and cats sweetened our day. The house is very well equipped and clean. Franca and Beniamino give good advice and are present every morning, which we were very pleased. The location is excellent, you can reach the supermarkets and the water very quickly. Portoscuso offers more than it looks at first sight. Overall, highly recommended, we'd love to come back and can't wait to start our stay.

Antonello is an amazing host. He is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We had a great stay at the villa, it was very clean, well equipped house with well kept grounds. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic. Each bedroom had an en-suite, if anything I think the villa is better in person than in the pictures. It’s a great location to get into Cagliari but also not be right in the city and not far from the beach. We had a a great stay with a mix of relaxing at the pool, touring around the city and going to the beach. I’d recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Antonello.

Michela’s place is an absolutely beautiful spot, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. We loved the rugged natural surrounding terrain! Her place was spotless on arrival. Michela was very responsive to all our questions. We came as two couples and had a memorable wonderful time!

We (a group of 3 couples) stayed a good week in the cottage. In the dark it was not quite so easy to find the driveway, but otherwise everything worked out very well. The house and rooms are exactly as shown and also described in the photos. The equipment of pots and dishes is very good, wine glasses it could be a few more. The view from the terrace is fantastic, the location is quiet, everything very pleasant. You can easily reach the beach and the small supermarket on foot, but the way home is a little bit strenuous. The beach is totally pleasant, beautiful sand, great water, a bar, what more could you want. Enrico's information was helpful, he was easily accessible and responded directly. All in all, we enjoyed it very much. Glad to come back!

We had a great time staying at Aldo's place. The house is great and has everything you need. The pool outside the front door is a real eye-catcher. We loved it! Thank you for the hospitality :-)

The house us a must for Retro Lovers - perfectly preserved and pristine. The coffee machine needs to be replaced as it did not work but there were stove top bialettis available and the kitchen overall is well stocked, laid out & close to the back garden door near the stone bbq where we cooked fresh fish & steaks. We loved it. The location is incredible - beach heaven with a fabulous gem of a fish restaurant on the beach - Itinera. Fabulous! The garden is huge and whilst. in need of a wee bit of TLC, it has at one time been well thought out and beautifully curated. Some of the garden furniture is past it's best & to be fair to the fabulous Stefano ( the co-host) we didn't mention it until late into our stay as it did not detract from our wonderful first experience of Sardinia. We have already booked a smaller villa on the same street for next year. We loved the area so much.

Dalia is a exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Recommended for those who want to spend a few days completely detaching from their daily lives. Francesco and Giulia

Stay in a piece of history inside the walls of a beautiful Castle town . Host gave daily recommendations that were awesome.

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

We stayed at the Libeccio apartment in September as a couple. The place was very clean and is attractively furnished in a modern way. It is located in a kind of gated community, which gives you a good sense of security. A beautiful beach is almost right outside the front door. Other beautiful beaches of Chia are a stone's throw away by car. Maurizio is very nice and the communication was always great. Check-in went smoothly. Unfortunately, we unexpectedly had to leave a day earlier, even that was not an issue and Maurizio was very flexible. Since the accommodation is generally a little higher priced, it was a pity that final cleaning and towels and linen were not included in the price. Otherwise, but everything is really great!

We had a great, relaxing time at Davide's place who was a perfect host and surprised us with Sardinian specialties. We felt very welcome and were able to reach out to him at any time with our questions. The large garden was perfect for playing football for the kids. The outdoor shower was also a pleasure every night.

We were very satisfied with the apartment, cozy, tidy and clean. Quiet area, but with all the services available around.. a few kilometers and there are various large supermarkets, discount, pharmacy, etc.. super useful indoor parking space! Comfortable as a solution for those who stop at the sea of Poetto, which is about 1km away by car. We also used the barbecue a lot. 🔝 And finally, thank you to Davide who was always kind and available for any useful information about the house and outside. Very spacious and pleasant villa, perfectly matching the description, very quiet area for families, possibility of nearby market and large area where you can practice all kinds of sports basketball soccer soccer tennis volleyball volleyball beach volleyball. The location is great, very nice beaches within a few kilometers reachable both on foot and by car. Very kind host Pasquale, precise and available to every request, real time answers we say that he immediately made us find the right "mood"!! Highly recommended

A lovely house where you instantly feel at home. located within a beautiful garden with pine forest, from where you can access a small beach (which in September was never crowded). very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, yet only a 5 min drive from Pula and many other great beaches and restaurants nearby ( but definitely recommend having a rental car). Thanks to Roberta and Mrs. Mery for everything and we hope to be back next year!

this place is perfect for a family there is everything you need close to the beautiful beaches of the south west we had a very nice stay. only small downside the neighbor's dogs who often bark even at night ... but Sasha has nothing to do with it...

We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!

The house and amenities look much better than the photos. The place was really close to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. He could use the charcoal grill. There was also an outdoor shower so we washed off the sand outside after the beach. Two terraces where you could eat + the large balcony was great. If you want to just be on the beach and go to just buy something at the store, you don't even need a car. The store was relatively close (15 minutes on foot), although with a lot of shopping it wasn't easy, but it's manageable. If you will have a rental car, there is parking on the property. A/C was in every room but didn't even need to turn it on. Wifi was sufficient for 4 people. I highly recommend this place to stay

Magnificent house, a few miles from the sea in a quiet location. The house is well organized and equipped with everything (except internet). The outdoor space is optimal and includes a shower with hot water.
