The room was just like the pictures and super clean! The host was really responsive too. I accidentally left my sleep gown after my first night, but decided to stay another night, they washed it for me and picked it up at the front desk. So nice! They had coffee and tea available, and everything was working great. Plus, there’s Netflix and good Wi-Fi. The only thing was that the sheets weren’t changed for my first night. I hope they get switched out for future guests for hygiene reasons. Other than that, everything was perfect! I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Thank you!

instructions to arrive the location is quite clear, although if you follow g.maps it's a bit confusing. Don't hesitate to ask security, to make things easier. The location of the unit is also very strategic.

Nice place to stay the room was clean. The fridge doesn't work but we saw this in previous reviews. It's in a nice location. Surabaya isn't a walkable city but with grab, you can get to where you need to go quickly from this location. the gym isn't the best so if you're looking to work out while travelling don't rely on this place. The pool is nice to swim in just plan ahead to be able to get in as it requires a finger print.

Spending a week in Surabaya - visiting friends. It was so nice having your own flat instead of a anonymous hotel room. We had all we needed and it was nice, clean and minimalistic in furniture and decorations

The place is good, comfortable, quiet. The items are also clean, it just so happens to be wedding in the next door there is this inn. it can be accessed on foot too and not far away because it's next to the passs 😍

Eva was an extremely helpful host. She helped us through the check in process with ease and was very hospitable. We had a small incident with our kids at her unit and she was constantly checking on us and tried to help us as much as possible. I would stay there again if I am making another trip there.

The unit is great, clean, neat and spacious The bedroom and its contents are clean, but for AC in main bedroom is leaking The bathroom is a little less tidy The kitchen is clean with all the equipment functioning well Communication with the host is very good, it's just that when we came for check in the security guard is a bit less informative Unfortunetly we didn't have time to use the swimming pool To eat, there is food court that is walking distance or you can use online app But overall it's nice to stay in the unit.

Nice Area and Locations Nice and Communicative Host. Fits 6 People, but can be cramped. but overall enjoyable place to stay. free parking is a plus. and lots of convinience store

we stayed in Mr. Kuntjoro's apartment with 1 complete family. 2 adults and 2 children. with a bed size of 200x200 was adequate we slept in 1 bed. located on the 19th floor made the access inside the elevator it didn't take a long time. The kitchen and bathroom equipment were very complete. The wife was very happy to stay here because it was like a home with additional amenities and some free groceries. at the price provided it was nice to stay here. if there is time to Surabaya will definitely stay again.

This place is worth the price! Location is on point, jalan tunjungan is right in front and tunjungan plaza is next door. Recommended for family with young adults even children because the unit is ginormous. The apartment has amazing view of Surabaya. They also have washing machine and stove which makes the trip so much better!! Downside is you have to travel a little bit from the lobby to get to the room, but the place is really clean! And they have a private lift that walk straight to the apartment door. Overall this place gave comfortable and homey trip for my family and 100% would recommend this place to others. Thank you!

This apartment has a perfect location with a shopping mall just downstairs. We went to the mall every day for playing, eating, and shopping. It is super convenient, especially for tourists from overseas. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The swimming pools are also awesome; we spent 2 hours there every day. It saves money and time compared to going to water parks. Compared to my friends who stayed at the Marriott Hotel, I found my stay much more comfortable and satisfying.

The admin was very responsive and instructions for check in was very clear. This apartment was so luxurious, from the lobby, the hallway until the room. We had a problem with the sink and a handyman came right away after we contacted the admin. My family really loved to stay here. Thank you so much!

Nice place for you that love to shopping around and culinary. The room is so spacious, fit for big fam. Easy and exclusive private lift. Calvin and Angel also helpful during check-in and once you have some issue with the room, they were so responsive to give the feedback.

Lady Michelle is a very good host, her house feels very homey, all bedsheets are clean and comfortable. i will come back again if i visit surabaya ♡
