If you only transit in surabaya or you bring pet. Lucia’s place is very recommended. Close to the airport amd its pet friendly, surrounding by nice neighborhood. You can walk your pet and surrounded by green.

Good place in Surabaya.. A bit far from the streets so you have to use vehicles to go everywhere

Cozy n luxury, 3 tidy comfy rooms, big hall, full set of kitchenwares, exp is better than 5 star hotels, consider the price in, I would have given 6 stars if there is.

Awesome place good security felt like home

The house was clean and just like the descriptions. It's very convenient to enter the house because it used passcode so we can check-in anytime within the booking time. Even tho it's inside a private housing, it has foodcourt and supermarket so it's easy to find food and daily needs.

We stayed 1 night at Pak Lianto's house and we are very happy. The housing environment is very quiet, nice and many green areas. Pak Lianto was also very responsive if we had any questions. The house is very cozy, clean and as described. Thank you, sir.

a comfortable, clean house, a super complete kitchen, abundant tissues, garbage cans in every bathroom, room, kitchen, the best thing is, there are lots of mosquitoes, the owner responds so much to send rackets and baygon spray, lastly in the info is missing, will be helped delivered via package, everywhere is close from looking for breakfast to walking to pakuwon jg, next will definitely stay here again, mksh a lot

Cosy flat for short or long stay! Thank you Eva for hospitality and cosiness! Pros: 1. The apartment is clean, tidy and it is pleasant to live in it 2. Great view of the city from the windows 3. The flat is quiet, you can't hear the street or the neighbours 4. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including microwave, rice cooker and oven. 5. The flat had a sufficient supply of drinking water for the whole time of our stay. 5. The host was very responsive and was always willing to help with any questions we had "Cons" (it's not real cons) 1. Hot water in the shower was not always stable. But based on the outside temperature in principle not a problem. For fans of really hot water may not be enough.

Very recommended place to stay, the host even gave us snacks and toiletries. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

- my kid loved the bunk bed - main room has a small WIC to put my lugage. - its important : the aircond is cold. Perfect for stay at the hot weather. Thank you - sofa is big and soft. - have a wifi but very slow conncetion. - direct to shopping center. - the kitchen is clean. - the refrigeratior quite cold. Nice to see you, and if we back to surabaya we want to stay again at yours. Thank you for your hospitality 😁

Isaac’s place offers outstanding decor, one of a kind, with beautiful furnitures. Really loved the interior. It also offers great amenities, and accessible right from the shopping mall (Pakuwon Mall). Exactly as described and shown on photos. Not to mention, Isaac was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Definitely worth the money and would love to stay here again next time!

It is definitely the most stunning, well maintained, and good size apartment I’ve ever stayed in Surabaya. Have been stayed in many apartments in Surabaya and compare to those apartments on top of the mall, this is by far the best choice if you are looking to accomodate family of 4 adults. The property was built and decorated using good materials. Can make this comment because my background is related to building material & property. The host is also responsive. I know it’s not located on top of the mall, but the mall itself is only 5-10 mins away by car. The food place is also walkable distance, less than 5 mins away. If you’re looking for a good & peaceful apartment, I really recommend this apartment. Entering the basement carpark from lobby is quite challenging if you drive SUV, but shouldn’t be a problem for experienced driver. Awesome listing and look forward to stay at your place again Cyntia. Brahma’s place was exactly as expected. Very well designed and clean. The hosts were extremely communicative and always helpful when needed. Our flight was 4 hours late! But they still accommodated a late check in, and check out was easy. Highly recommend.
