This place was perfect for us. Gojek and transport is easy to sort and you can get to so many places in Old Town really easy. Fadi and his wife are such lovely hosts and came to welcome us. They looked after us so well and the accomodation is lovely. The room is clean and having a TV was amazing, the kitchen has everything so we could cook for ourselves.

Tyas is a great host, very kind, very friendly and very responsive. Will always come back again when in the area, highly recommended .

If you only transit in surabaya or you bring pet. Lucia’s place is very recommended. Close to the airport amd its pet friendly, surrounding by nice neighborhood. You can walk your pet and surrounded by green.

Strategic area, safe environment and easy to find house Maybe just a few notes for the host: the blanket is too thin maybe it can be replaced and doesn't fit the blanket ‘so a blanket', the back of the toilet house outside is poorly maintained and the yard and when you're going to use the washing machine there's a lizard and finally the curtain is too thin. Maybe it can be replaced with a thick horden but it's still aesthetic

the place is amazing & perfect ! very nice, clean and tidy. we feel like at home and love walking around beautiful surrounding. The host is so responsive, kindly and helpful. We will back and stay here when we visit surabaya.

Great stay at the apartment unit. Unit matched the photos and description. Apartment is also connected with shopping mall and you can get all your needs there. Checking-in was also easy. Host was super responsive and instructions were very clear

- my kid loved the bunk bed - main room has a small WIC to put my lugage. - its important : the aircond is cold. Perfect for stay at the hot weather. Thank you - sofa is big and soft. - have a wifi but very slow conncetion. - direct to shopping center. - the kitchen is clean. - the refrigeratior quite cold. Extraordinary and Unbelievable!! The property was located at the heart of Surabya City in one of the most premium colonies in Graha Family. Very satisfied with my stay. The owner Ms. Cyntia is very proactive and friendly. 10/10 would recommend to everyone looking for one of the best apartments in Surabaya.

Got bitten by ants as it was raining and voiced out to Amel about it, she was really responsive and even gave us cream and more insect spray/repellent immediately and offered us to go stay in another apartment! It is a great honour to be booking again, and nevertheless, the service and communication was tip top! Will definitely come back again!!
