Great spot to get away with friends. Close to the beach, beautiful surroundings. Would definitely return here for another weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Angela’s beautiful home this summer. We were there for 2 weeks and the time flew by! We used to live in the neighborhood so it was such a joy to be able to walk down the street to visit old friends and neighbors. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived and Angela graciously allowed us to check in early as we got into town earlier than expected. She was very responsive (there was no hair dryer in the house and she quickly had one shipped to us)! The backyard is a peaceful serene oasis that backs up against the Ask Creek nature area. We loved sitting out back and visiting with friends. Our dogs enjoyed the beautiful backyard. The house is conveniently located in Fairfield Beach area. We walked our dogs to the Ash Creek park and also walked to the marina and the beach a few times. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. We loved Molto and Brick Walk Tavern. We would love to stay in this beautiful home again in the future when in the area!

Beautiful location along the water. We came in the winter so didn’t get to use the outdoor space as much but enjoyed the jacuzzi and home.

Great Stay! Ryan was fast to respond when needed and had very clear communication of check in instructions/ things to know about the house that made it an easy transition to make ourselves right at home.

My wife and I traveled here from Texas to spend time for our anniversary and enjoy a true New England Fall. This place did not disappoint!! The home is a true cottage and makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere and yet so close to all you need. Great restaurants and hiking trails close by. Most of the time we just enjoyed snuggling up on the amazing couch with a fire and watching Netflix on the projector. Spending our mornings having coffee on the patio overlooking the black pond or enjoying sunset with a nice drink and listening to nature. This place really is amazing and we did not want to leave, if you are thinking about it, BOOK IT! You will not be disappointed!!

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

Ricardo was the perfect amount of responsive and detailed, but also gave us space to come and go as we pleased. Thanks for the stay!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful condo the decor is spotless & the outdoor deck is a huge bonus. Watching the sunset or having coffee in the morning really lade the stay even more relaxing. I cant wait to go back. :)

Laura ‘s place is beautiful! Accommodating and super clean. Close to sores, restaurants and the marina going to Fire Island only few blocks away. the sun rise and the sun set are amazing and worth seeing. Laura is a super host. Always ready to help!

We loved Alexis’ place! The apartment was cute and perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Everything was super clean and super cozy. It was a very short walk into town too and close to everything. Parking was no problem either in front of the apartment. Great bathroom and kitchen too. I think the shower was better than ours at home!

Beautiful location. The cottage is cozy with a lot of natural light to illuminate the beautiful interior. Overall, a lovely place to visit and recommend for some R&R

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is adorable, very clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Has a warm "homey" feel from the moment you walk inside. Big windows with lots of natural sunlight and views of the beautiful lake and landscape. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and sitting outside. Robert was a gracious host... very friendly and had excellent communication throughout. We're very happy to have found this place and would definitely stay there again!

Deb’s place was very peaceful, comfortable, and well appointed. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the interesting decor and personal style. It felt like staying in your own bed and breakfast. There were so many places to relax, and the front and back porches were so welcoming. The location can’t be beat if you want to check out the local wineries, farmstands, and great restaurants. An easy walk across the street to Peconic Bay, you can see from the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need for cooking. Short ride to markets, farmstands, and Love Lane for shops and restaurants, about 20 minutes to Greenport.

We were very pleased with our visit to Monika's charming cottage by the pond. I could have stayed there the whole time, watching the birds, squirrels, ducks, and deer. The cottage is very well-appointed. Monika has thought everything, including lots of little goodies to make you feel welcomed and right at home. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great spot with a grass outdoor space incl a fireplace our kids loved. Noah was also very responsive and helpful. Only good things to say

My friends and I stayed at Richard's cottage for the long weekend (4th of July) and we had a blast. The view of the lake from the living room was amazing, and the place was cute (even cuter than the pics) and comfortable with everything we needed, we all had a great sleep since it's so peaceful around the area, and the beds were really comfortable same as the big sofa. The cottage was perfect for the 3 of us and our 2 pups. We enjoyed the sunset from the lake and went for a swim a couple of times, the water was delicious. Richard was very good at communicating; he was very responsive, he helps us with the beach essentials, provided guidance, and great recommendations around the area. We are already planning on returning and getting both cottages this time, hoping are available for our next trip!
