Charming guest cottage on our property on 1.5 acres in pastoral neighborhood, 7 minutes to Wilton center and 8 to Westport center. The cottage is separate from the main house, connected by a breezeway, above the garage. It is quaint and cozy. High end kitchen appliances include gas range, mini fridge, microwave and mini dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a futon couch which folds down. It’s perfect for 1-2 adults, can comfortably fit 3 people if one is a child.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Nancy’s and Franks guesthouse for a weekend and it was more than perfect. The house was in a great peaceful location, Clean, and quiet. A couple of steps away from the beach, and a 5 minute drive to another. Nancy and frank were great hosts, they introduced themselves and responded to me within hours for our last minute booking. Check in was fast and easy. They gave us a warm welcome and recommendations of activities, hot spots, and places to eat around the area. We ended up visiting the beautiful local beach a few blocks away, went into town for a nice breakfast less than 10 minutes away , and visited the local market to pick up some food and drinks right up the road. We also wanted to see the south shore on our trip and a 15-20 minute drive or Uber to south Hampton came with a another beautiful town and stunning beaches. 10/10 would recommend, and hope to be back soon !

Perfect getaway in Shelter Island! The pool house is as amazing as it looks in the listing :) Cute house on a beautiful, peaceful and very private green lot. Primael was very welcoming and responsive. She was also very flexible in terms of our check in and check out. Everything went super smoothly. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

My bf and I absolutely loved staying at Cozy Cottage. Nestled in the beautiful north shore of Long Island, conveniently located to incredible restaurants, nature, historical sights and more, this place was perfect. It’s actually a lot bigger than you would think, and our host had the place decorated and set up perfectly. Meticulous and keen to special detail, you feel right at home from the second that you walk in. If you forgot anything at home, (blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner, iron, etc.) have no fear as the cottage has it all! The best feature about the home in addition to its own beauty is being so close to everything. We walked along the water and checked out the beautiful nature and scenery and also walked into town the famous deli to grab our breakfast. You are 5 mins from both Stony Brook (great restaurants) and Port Jefferson and the obvious East Setaucket and all it has to offer. We would 100% stay here again in the figure and highly recommend to anyone!

I think this is my first Airbnb review. This place was really that good. I seriously wish I could book another same time next year. Phenomenal property and host. I typically don’t like to rent Airbnbs but this place was better than a hotel. My brothers and i felt at home. Hosts were so responsive and courteous, they even gave me a bday gift. Great stay, great host, great home. Book them! You won’t be disappointed.
