Leo's place is a beautiful home in the rolling hills. The view from the living room is stunning with pine trees and cute homes on the horizon. Surrounded by nature and calm, the house is perfect for a relaxed travel in Alsace region of France. You have to note that supermarkets and restaurant choices are limited due to the quiet village nature of the area. But if you plan ahead, the area is worth exploring. Leo was extremely helpful with quick responses and local recommendations. It was our dog's first long journey and he loved the place. A small fenced yard to run around was a great addition. The quaint villages and forest roads around the location are beautiful to drive through. We would love to come back for a longer stay.

Our family stay at Christmas was amazing. The apartment is great, located in a very quiet little village 50’drive from Strasbourg. Our little dog really enjoyed the stay as well. Isabelle & Eric are very nice and kind. They were flexible for check-in time and we were able to communicate throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation, quiet surrounded by nature!

Everything was perfect!

What a wonderful place! A beautiful, very stylishly furnished house that leaves nothing to be desired. Someone really has proven excellent taste and an aesthetic sense of decor here. Cozy oven, relaxing infrared sauna, bathtub, great shower, cozy seating, large dining table, plenty of space, fully equipped large kitchen, terrace, great view of the garden, candles everywhere! In addition, the entire house was very clean, and you just felt comfortable from the first second. We would have loved to stay directly and move in. Rarely have we had an Airbnb home where everything was so perfect. If you are absolutely looking for something to criticize, then maybe the nearby country road, which can be heard with the window open. But even here: The house is excellently insulated, and you don't hear anything when the windows are closed. This certainly wasn't our last visit to Jens!

Beautiful location. Very beautiful beautiful characterful old house. Has all the comforts and a particularly beautiful layout. Nice quiet location. Beds sleep well. Everything neat and clean. Welcoming and helpful. And had delicious homemade mulled wine that was ready for us. 😊👌

We stayed at Ursula's for the new year 2024. We were two people and a dog. We were hosted very well. The house is spacious and very very quiet. It is very well equipped, the wifi is perfect, the bedding is excellent. The large courtyard is really great for parking. The large lot in the back of the house is very nice, especially with an animal as this lot is fenced. There are bikes available, very functional and very convenient. Convenience stores are 10 minutes away by bike and supermarkets are just 10-15 minutes away by car. Ursula is very welcoming and very responsive. We spent the New Year at the Royal Palace in Kirrwiller, just 30 minutes away by car. It's a house that is in a great location. So it's a very nice place and I recommend it without reservation.

We were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, a detail that made us feel even more special. The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for relaxation and spending quality time together. The only minor issue we noticed was the limited number of power outlets, especially in the bedrooms. We ended up charging our phones in the kitchen, but this didn’t take away from the fantastic experience we had. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future. Large house on the edge of the village on a large fenced property. Marked as "private" drawers/rooms and décor items distributed everywhere at all times remind you that it is not a hotel but a private house with its own charm. In the bathroom little storage space, an empty shelf for guests would be nice. Thank you so much for letting me use one of the two garages, so the car was snow and ice-free for departure no later than 11 am. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy the tranquility. Would book again at any time.

Quick processing of the reservation, everything already explained, a friendly welcome. We felt very comfortable there, the apartment was very clean & the pool was great!

Jean was an extremely accommodating host with a very nice and clean home. He went out of his way to make reservations for lunch for us in a nearby restaurant (which was great as well). He was also super flexible with check-in and out. We had no issues during the few days we spent there with 12 people. It is a very quiet, quaint, and peaceful location and it felt like home. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting close access to Strasbourg and the Alsace Region. Definitely stay here!

We had a great time. Being a group of 4 adults & 4 children, the apartment is very comfortable and functional. It is modern, clean and very well-equipped (including exotic spices & sauces:)). Host are very responsive, available, and flexible. Maybe the only downside is the wifi coverage (a little hard to pick up from the bedroom downstairs and kitchen)

The apartment is comfortably furnished and had everything you need. It was very clean. There were eight of us and we were fine. 2 sleeping places are the pull-out sofa in the living room. We also found all the space at the table. From the apartment you are within 10 minutes walk to the tram station. Bakeries and small supermarkets are also within walking distance. We would book it again!

The apartment is ideally located on the forest. If you are traveling with a dog, you can start immediately. The connection by public transport to Darmstadt is also great. We felt very comfortable with Karin. Upon arrival, jam, mares and coffee were already ready for us. Christmas we were even abundantly gifted and invited to mulled wine with neighbors.

perfect accommodation for my stay. everything is very nice, from the entrance to every decor detail. Biggi is a smiling hostess who cares about hosting. The optional breakfast is varied and very good, especially its calves eggs (which I always cook too much). In short, I recommend it!

We stayed with our extended family of ten over the holidays. Comfortable, convenient and plenty of space.

We didn't miss anything and you feel like home. The communication with Veronique worked smoothly and she went out of her way to help us quickly. The most important things for everyday needs are sufficiently available. Special HIghlight is a garage located in the house, with access to the living spaces.

Cozy house near the forest, very peaceful.

Had a super nice week-long stay. Cottage has (almost) all the comforts, including fresh fruit on arrival and feed for the birds (which are very active on the balcony, very nice!) No TV or radio, lovely to be closed off for a while. The only "jammer" is the church bell that can be heard every fifteen minutes and seems to have a service about 2 times a day. Beautiful church, yes! (and after a day you are used to it) The cottage is easily accessible in a small village. The surroundings are a hiking valley with many more beautiful walks within 30 min. driving distance. For the dog owners, unfortunately it is not fireworks free, but absolutely fireworks with only half an hour of ornamental fireworks at 0:00. This cottage is definitely worth it if your dog can handle that. We enjoyed it, thanks Bettina!

Very nicely decorated small apartment on the first floor of an old half-timbered house. Walk to the castle directly opposite. Very quiet, intimate atmosphere. Beautiful wooden floor, small kitchen (2 hotplates) for cozy cooking. Located a little away from the center of town on a small exit road (not noisy). If needed, request Wi-Fi (didn't work for us, but we didn't need it). Heating gets warm super fast when needed. Nice landlady!
