Beautifully restored mill with a lot of love for detail! We were guests in the area after my wedding party and were certainly a not quite simple group to coordinate in advance. Although almost all of them arrived separately and there were some short-term cancellations from guests, Isabella and Marion were always friendly and super organized!! Thank you very much for that! The rooms were really nice and very clean. Richig has also delighted us with the vital breakfast with a huge selection and beautifully prepared. I would definitely book this one! Next time we'll come to you for a long time.

Your space exceeds your expectations. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax in a place that offers something extra, we're at a good address here. Sauna, library, garden, record player, nature and comfortable bed. Just take great company with you and you won't regret it.

Communication went well. The apartment was optimal. We were very comfortable and recovered really well. Although my animal companion had an unexpected surgery the day before arrival, it was the best decision not to cancel. We had a very good time in Heidenreichstein and will be happy to come back. Lubos was a very warm host. All concerns were answered quickly and yet our stay was very private. We particularly enjoyed the wood-heated sauna with the ice bathing in the pond. In addition, it was also very interesting what Lubos told about the bees. You found a honey as a gift in the accommodation. The view on the horses and cows was beautiful. It's easy to keep the apartment warm and there is plenty of hot water. However, you should arrive by car. We will be happy to come back.

Spent another quiet few days in the Waldviertel. Unfortunately, the weather was very rainy. The house was all the more cozy in the house. And the poodle liked the large garden despite bad weather.

We spent great 4 days in the Waldviertel. The location of the accommodation is great because it took us less than 15 minutes to visit all the excursion destinations (nö card: Unterwasserreich Schrems, Blockheide, mini steam train, Solefelsen Bad). The two kids (3 &6) were also enthusiastic about the many toys in the house. They were also super busy before and after the excursions. Otherwise everything was clean, everything available, even coffee tablets and what to drink was available. I can therefore only recommend the cottage and we will be happy to come back :-)

The house is quiet and nicely located by the forest - ideal for walks and smaller hikes in the area. The rooms are very friendly and bright. Two bathrooms ensure that there is no traffic jam even at full occupancy. The kitchen is equipped with all the imaginable utensils - you can cook up large here. For relaxation, the sauna in the basement, which is in excellent condition. Rüdiger was eager to leave nothing to be desired and responded to all questions very quickly and kindly. All in all, a recommendation for anyone who wants to spend a few quiet days in a small to middle circle.
