We had the best stay at Andrea/Ram's place. It was so chic and the place was very homey. I would probably suggest to make the tiles near the pool area to the entrance door to be slip proof as we had kids running around and it can be slippery when wet and probably a shower area outside too. But otherwise, we had a very comfy stay. Thank you so much Ram for your hospitality would recommend this place to my friends ☺️

We booked the place last minute but you can tell it's well maintained. The first thing that I really liked the moment we walked in was the smell. I'm gonna ask the owner what freshener they use after this lol The place looks the same as the photo, really clean, and you can easily reach out to them if you have any concerns and whatnots. I like that they have towels provided. simple stuff i guess. i once had the mistake of just assuming all airbnb places have one but i guess yeah that's on me. The pool was really clean too. but im not too much of a swimmer so cant really say much about it other than that. Oh, love the couch as well. fell asleep in there like a baby 🍼 but dont get me wrong they have like 2 rooms I just like to sleep wherever the room is not. I guess you can say it was a very nice stay for the price 🫡 will definitely come back again 🫡

The place was so easy to find. Not too far from the town that’s why everything was accessible. There’s even 711 and Alphamart nearby. Also, 1 tricycle away from market. The place was also perfect for a big group, in our case, my family. It was clean even the linens and blankets. It’s a complete package for those that want a place that’s aesthetic, entertainment-filled, clean and great for family bonding.

They were very accommodating and the barkada had a wonderful stay! Lots of parking spaces, 5 minute walk to the beach. Enough beds for the 15 of us and enough bathrooms for everyone. Wifi was fast and we had fun singing karaoke. The owners and caretakers really went beyond our expectations with the welcome merienda. We just had a bit of trouble with the screen door entrance as it kept coming off pero manageable naman and we had fun regardless. Thank you so much!

The location and pool here are the best! Our children swam like crazy for 5 days, and the staff on site were very friendly and addressed our needs right away! I would definitely recommend! If you come to Clark, stay here!! In particular, on the last day, we knew that there was a mistake in the flight ticket going back! We had five children, and we were very embarrassed because we almost ran out of money, but your He gave us a late check-out (almost free one night) with fantastic consideration! Thank you so much, and I have good memories and 100% revisit right here in Clark!!!!!

We had an amazing time! Casa De Mercado is an absolute treasure. The care taker greeted us with a smile, no big or small errands and they will surely get it sorted (not that we have one). Communication with booking and check out was no hassle. The place was heaven. The modern “kubo”was very spacious and the bed in the rooms are relaxing, beds are very comfortable too. The pool.. day or night was the highlight of the vacay, everyone super enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again in this “rare find” when we need to stay in pampanga!! Ericka's place is worth staying specially when you are a family. There's a lot of room that can occupy even more than 10 pax. The owner is always communicating if we need something. The kids love's the pool. We enjoyed the karaoke. We Will definetely comeback again.

We had a family reunion in this place and we enjoyed the pool and walk to the beach! I just wish we stayed longer.

Amazing place and definitely great for family outing! The beach is just a minute walk nearby and if you just want to relax, the place itself is already beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Additional for the caretakers, they are very accomodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again soon!

I booked this place to celebrate my birthday in advance so I could spend it with my whole family while I’m visiting the Philippines. They recommended some food & caterers to setup my birthday party and they did not disappoint! We had a great time and made some memories we will surely cherish forever. The place feels so serene and peaceful we really feel we had the place all by ourselves and we even got to sing karaoke until 2am with no one complaining about our singing voices lol we had a concert!! (Sorry for the caretakers who couldn’t sleep haha!) It is really sooo private! am so glad I found this place. There was a typhoon on our 2nd day but we still had a great time though. The rain didn’t bother us and they made sure that everything is alright and safe for us during our stay. Kudos to the hosts and caretakers!! 😍 until next time!!

Pros: - Accessible - Relaxing, (Sorry guys! We didn’t see any videoke in this area) - Beachfront (almost! because we stayed at the duplex area) - We were allowed to cook and drink (corkage free) just be sure to CLAYGO. Also we advice to bring with you your own kitchenware (though you can borrow kitchenware at the front desk or any crew roaming around) - The swimming pool area is nice - THE SUNSET! You need to have a money shot on it! - Free wifi access Cons: - No signal on our rooms - The foul odor caused by the trashes (i think the open space is their garbage segragation area) - Limited Parking Space - Limited toiletries - Common kitchen for food preps (luckily, we brought our butane stove for samgyupsal set and we used it for cooking) - Value for money in this place is so-so due to the limited ammenities. Overall, our experience is great and hopefully we can stay in their other rooms for better ambiance!

When we got to the place we didn’t know it would be that big. Although there were flies it’s understandable because of the location, it was no problem since they have big fans that helped with those flies. The rooms were really cold which we loved. The bathrooms were clean and well, furnitures were well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had no problems, everything went smooth. I had a great time at Jeremy’s place. It is in a great location—a gated community beside a mall and close to other conveniences. The place itself was great. Everything was clean, and it looked exactly like the photos. Instructions for getting there were pretty straightforward as well.

Host was responsive and the place was a good stay, we had a fun family time staying at this airbnb. Host and caretaker was also very accommodating 💗💗

Very clean and private place.

The place was beautiful and very aesthetic—definitely Instagra/m/mable! Upon entering, it smelled nice, and the air conditioning was centralized. There were plenty of beds available. However, one of the blankets had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including soap and shampoo. The pool had just the right depth, making it enjoyable to swim. The only issue was that someone, possibly a staff member, kept passing through the outside dining area, which felt a bit uncomfortable, especially when eating or swimming in swimsuits. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. They even allowed us to extend our stay until 1:30 PM. Overall, we had a great night and would highly recommend the place. 10/10!
