Vacation rentals with a patio in Subic Bay Freeport Zone

We had an amazing 4-day stay at this place! The space was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Everything we needed was readily available. The host and his wife was very accommodating and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and conveniences. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

The location is perfect. It is peaceful and quiet. A short drive to restaurants and places of interests. Smooth communication with the host. Nothing to complain about.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that I have rented in Subic -- the greatest, in fact. Host is very helpful and polite. Kitchen is good. Location is perfect. Best if you wanna stay close to the beach.

Picfures on airbnb are exactly as what you will see. The house is huge and we were able to use all 4 bedrooms! The entire house has air-conditioning, amenities as described are complete. The perfect house to host my son's birthday celebration which can accommodate 4 families! 😊 Near subic attractions, too! Will surely book again for our next get together.

Here is my review of Unit 330 Kiddie Hostel: It's a spacious place with a wide backyard, a room for kids, high-speed internet, high-tech bathroom fixtures, and a secured location. The only concern was the late check-out of the previous occupants, which caused us to wait 30 more minutes before entering the unit. Nothing against Cheng, but I hope all occupants will be aware of the check-out time, considering the whole unit should be spotless and odorless before the next group enters. However, our 4 days were amazing! This place is recommend.

The family had a wonderful stay at Eric's place! The privacy of the property made it a perfect getaway. The pool was warm and inviting, and while it was great for kids, the adults had just as much fun relaxing and swimming. The overall ambiance was lovely, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Thank you for a great experience!

Place was great and once you entered the house its really feels like home. Everything available for convenience especially air condition that’s really needed now in the country. Host are also great very helpful and responsive. We just had a problem first time we get there,because it is uphill and steep, but all in all we had a great stay. The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!

This is my 3rd time booking this unit, and I can confidently say it's a great place to stay in Subic. I'll definitely book it again when we return. Sir Walter was also very responsive when I needed help with the bidet, which wasn't working properly. He quickly sent someone to fix it. Thank you so much!

The place was as good as advertised. Didn't have any issues checking in or out. The unit was clean, cool and prepared nicely before we arrived. Amenities were also complete. The host, Jen, was able to respond to all my follow-up questions. We had some issues with the wi-fi connection as it would intermittently disconnect from time to time or become too slow but this is more likely due to the service provider. Probably the only downside to the experience is you'd have to definitely bring along your own vehicle in order to reach the Beach and Nature club, which is quite some distance from the unit. There's a shuttle service, but you'd have to pay for it separately. This isn't the host's fault, of course, just something to consider when booking a stay here. Also, tried looking for Netflix app on the TV but couldn't find any installed or maybe I missed it? It would be nice to have that as entertainment rather than cable tv. Anyway, that's just a recommendation for the host.

We had a wonderful stay at Angelie’s unit. Everything went well. She was so helpful from booking our reservation to checking in up to checking out. She makes sure we have all the details and informations to the property. She’s very responsive to all my inquiries. We will definitely consider Angelie’s place again . Excellent customer service!

Great location, close to everything in central SBMA. Super friendly front desk and maintenance staff: they were great! The room was clean and had a washer. Count the towels, plates, cups, glasses, fork and spoons when you check in and let the front desk know what you have counted right away. They count on check out. I recommend this place.

Fe was always so fast to respond. apartment was squeaky clean. The entire neighborhood was asleep early and it was so quiet. Bed was very comfortable with lots of extra pillows. AC worked great.
