Approximately 3 km from the center of Bad Aussee, 4 km from the train station and only 2 km from the beautiful Grundlsee. Surrounded by mountains in a quiet location, located directly at the Grosseck ski resort, as well as directly at Obertauern, Katschberg, Fanningberg. There are meadows and mountains at the house and the historic center of Mauterndorf is just around the corner.
