House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The lake house, my personal life's dream. But too big to use alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, right on the lake surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fireplaces, the private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

The property extends over 3 hectares (Not fenced) in a secluded location, surrounded by picturesque forest. Our cottage was built in 1976 mainly from wood as a holiday home and has been family-owned ever since. Since August 2022, we have opened our doors to guests who want to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of this unique setting.

The villa dates back to the 19th century and has been renovated by us with much love and made into something special. The style of that time has been preserved And an extraordinary place of rest & relaxation has been created. The garden with plenty of seating invites you to linger and relax.
