We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

We love all the facilities Duke has provided to our family. The house is clean and tidy with advanced facilities. The backyard is huge and equipped with all you need in the vacation home. Our family enjoyed the whole time, especially the great lake view and quiet private environment. The kids like canoeing in the lake. It is a beautiful townhouse, tastefully furnished. The place is like brand new. Clean bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need, except there is no microwave. Located in upscale Friday Harbour resort, a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Restaurants at the resort are all fabulous. Staff at the resort are well mannered and helpful. Owners were very responsive, assisted with the reservation of activities. House Instructions are very clear.

Beautiful cottage. Clean place and the equipments are complete except they don’t have a frying pan. Hosts are helpful and friendly. The downsides are the water for showering has a strong smell and taste of rusty iron. And do expect seeing spiders in the balcony as it’s a lake front cottage after all.

Fee's Landing is an amazing spot and we absolutely loved our stay. The cottage itself was quaint, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Great views of the river and and a nice outdoor space overlooking it with a firepit situated perfectly for gazing out. Lora and Dave were great hosts - so responsive and friendly. We were here for our wedding weekend as the venue was closeby and would HIGHLY recommend a visit here!

Kathy and John were the best hosts! Planning for our girls weekend we had lots of questions and Kathy had these answered in full within minutes of asking. Something we don't expect but sure do appreciate. The cottage was stunning. SO CLEAN and stocked so well. The kitchen was clean and organized, which made it made it very to navigate. The cottage had a ton of activities to keep people busy and we look forward to coming back in the summer months when we can use all of the amenities outdoors! During our stay we encountered a massive ice storm. We were unable to leave the property as we were physically stuck due to many fallen trees on the road. Kathy made us feel comfortable to stay as long as we needed, but this was just the start of it. Kathy and John arrived BY FOOT to the cottage to grab equipment to literally clear the road for us to leave. They worked for HOURS cutting down the fallen trees and branches. Talk about going above and beyond! They were literal angels.
