Cozy apartment in basement with own private entrance. All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. 2.5 km from Karlstad city center, 200 meters to bus. Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Surrounded by hundreds of birch trees, this large villa is peacefully located, in the heart of Värmland. The house is located on a large nature plot, and has a modern standard and plenty of space. Lovely view and private jetty down by the sea. Rowboat, floating dock and own small child-friendly natural beach belong to the amenities. Two kayaks can be rented in the summer. How Swede it Is !

Fresh, clean, bright well appointed apartment in a quiet small town on the shores of Lake Vanern. The Pictures are worth 1000 words. 3 Restaurants, 24 / 7 shop 2 minutes away and grocery store one 5 km. Beautiful swimming beach. Perfect for cycling and we have 2 single kayaks and a canoe available for hire. Sleeps 3 but 4th could sleep on a very comfortable couch in the main room. Your private yard has a bbq and fire pit with a view of the boat harbor. Try us, we think you will like us !

It’s a log cabin with modern comforts: fiber (fast!) internet, zen bathroom w/ tub, clean-burning wood stove, full kitchen, and a charger for electric cars (type 2). Gaze out at the lake from the hanging “egg” chairs on the porch and grill in the afternoon sun on the back patio. It’s a short stroll to our shared private dock.
