Depandance with a private entrance on the ground floor. The accommodation was completely renovated and furnished in 2019 and consists of a double bedroom and private bathroom for exclusive use. We stayed in the apartment with our children for almost a week. Particularly noteworthy is the location - really optimal - this is right by the beach where there is also a playground. Parking is also available in the neighborhood on the street just 50 m away - on arrival you can stop directly in front of the house entrance and comfortably unload your luggage. Rose and Paulo are super organized and very helpful, really great people and TOP hosts ☺️ We will be happy to come back - certainly in the off-season, as the area is then very relaxed.

A beautiful vacation. The apartment has everything you need. Comfortable and functional kitchen space, 2 bedrooms space and well furnished, large bathroom with 2 sinks and comfortable shower. It completes a beautiful living terrace with a table for sea view lunches (large curtains protect from the sun) and a comfortable and very useful laundry room. The parking space is also private and behind the house. Easy and very comfortable access to the sea via practically pedestrian street. The apartment was recently tastefully renovated.

They were super nice. Paolo was there when we arrived, he was so helpful and friendly. They let us check out late without any extra charge. Their apartment was super clean and what surprised me, he took off his shoes before entering which for me was respectful( the mom who has little kids understand me) The beach was just a minute and the apartment was in the center. I recommend it to any family who wanna have a super relaxing holiday in Grado.

Greatly equipped apartment! In reality, it's much better than the pictures! Beautiful apartment, perfect location, sparkling cleanliness, wonderful tranquility! 5 minutes walk to the sea! It meets all needs, I can only recommend it! The host Yvan and Linda are perfect hosts!! They are extremely friendly, hospitable, extremely helpful and generous! We will definitely be back again!! This is a spacious apartment with beautiful balcony view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. It’s just 5 mins walk to the beach and 7mins drive to the center of Rovinj. Lara is friendly and responsive host. I’d definitely return!
