I had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect -clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The host was fantastic as well -super friendly and welcoming, and we even shared a drink together, which was a nice touch. If you’re planning to stay here, I definitely recommend renting a car. The taxi from the airport was pricey, and the city center is a bit far. Public transportation on the island is very limited, so having a car is really helpful for getting around. Parking was easy and available right in front of the house, which was super convenient. Grocery stores and other essentials are also a bit of a drive, so having a car really made things easier. Overall, a fantastic experience -highly recommended!

The ideal spot to stay in Nicosia. A cozy apartment close to the city centre, located in a tranquil neighborhood. It's fully equipped with everything needed, with supermarkets, bakeries and all essentials nearby. And with the best host! Many thanks!

The location of the house was good. The house was big and clean. It was suitable for a comfortable couple to sleep in a 2-person bed in 2 rooms. It has heat with air conditioning. After the first entrance to the house, it can take a little time to warm up, but it didn't get cold or cold afterwards. The living room is large home decor is beautiful and convenient, spacious. Also thank you for your check-in time flexibility. I took the key and entered the house without any problems. If I visited Nicosia again, it was the experience I could contact Ms. Selina and keep the same house. Thanks for everything 🙏🏻

I care very much that people who care about their work and do it with sincerity are part of our memories. Mr. Buluç is definitely one of them, maybe more. The communication channels are always open , polite and very helpful… The cleaning of the house, the cleanliness of the house, the ease of use, the ease of use, the shared notes made us have a great stay. would highly recommend. 10/10

It was a great stay with everything. The location of the house, the equipment in the house to meet all our needs, everything was considered. When I come to Cyprus again, it is clear where we will stay again:)

This is a peaceful village, very close to Larnaca. It was great with a 10-month-old baby since there was a crib and a high chair. The place is full of art and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with details. The bath is great and the water is great. The elevator wasn't working although it was mentioned, rather than that, everything was perfect.

Great apartment for the price. Really well equipped, with kids cutlery, cups and bowls, pool towels & generous welcome items that we weren’t expecting. Clean and tidy, and agents communication before and during was very good. If the owner was to invest in the future, a sofa and shade on the roof terrace would be a fab addition to really enjoy the sea views and we would certainly pay extra to stay if that was in place. Thanks for a great stay!

Good location for viziting Cyprus. Spacious apartment and terrace!

The 1:1 apartment in the Kibris complex met our needs as a couple very well. Great value for money. One bedroom and an open living room with kitchenette, dining table, living area. Large light-flooded windows, private terrace. All in a fenced complex, only for residents and therefore quiet and safe. Directly across the street from the Gave cafe with a large outdoor area, but it was very quiet and not much visited. On Sunday with delicious brunch buffet. Parking available, Rentacar directly on the street. Communication with the landlady is just as great.

Lovely place very relaxing very clean can’t wait to go back

I received very quick feedback from Ms. Melis for all my questions through both call and text. The location of the house was great, we had occasional power outages, but unfortunately this is a problem with Cyprus. Other than that, we had no issues with cleanliness. In shortcomings, we only had problems with house slippers and hair dryer

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
