Cabin vacation rentals in Strawberry Creek

The cabin has everything you need! 2 beds and 2 baths. Beds were comfortable. We were able to cook and bake. She made a local recommendation that we loved! The cabin is only a 4 minute drive to downtown and there is a bagel spot that is only 3 minute drive from the cabin. Nicole is there when you need her. It was very comforting to know that if I messaged her, she’d respond almost immediately.

Great communication, allowed us to check in early and late. House is fully stocked !

Great little cabin!! Close enough to activities but withdrawn enough to have some peace and quiet. Great views. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The cabin was adorable, and the whole property was beautifully done. The location was great, easily walkable into town. There were issues with our check in due to circumstances totally outside of the host's control, however they were communicative and did their best to accommodate us.

This place is amazing. Quaint historic cabin with any modern amenity you could ask for. Beautiful location and friendly locals. Dow is super, friendly, tentative and always quickly responds to questions. Absolutely looking forward to booking again.

J&B’s tree house was beautiful. The place was easy to find and a short drive away from the town. The beds were comfy and the whole house was welcoming. The dog run was better suited for bigger dogs but my corgis gave it their all and loved running up what they could, while I loved that it tired them out. We loved our stay and will for sure find time to come back again.

Our family of three, including a very mobile 11-month-old, had an absolutely wonderful stay in this modernized cabin near Idyllwild! The first night we had some fun rummaging through the record collection and had ourselves a little dance party to Dark Side of the Moon in the kitchen. In the morning we had breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen and headed into town. We explored the shops, checked out a local musician, and grabbed a bite to eat at Leanna’s Idyll Awhile Bistro. She has awesome Pear Cider and Mulled Wine! We headed back to the cabin after a few hours out, flipped on the wall heaters to warm up a bit, and recorded a few musical numbers using a nice little 3/4 guitar that we found upstairs. We got the baby to bed, put on a show (lots of services included on the TV), then jumped in to the hot tub for a soak - I recommend the recliner edge with the foot jets! We wrapped the night with Scrabble in the loft. Checkout was easy and Astrid’s communication was great! We’ll be back:)

Sandra’s place is amazing. It’s perfectly located giving you easy access to town as well as multiple trails for hiking. The hot tub is great, fireplace is easy to use…. The place is perfect. She’s also thought of everything. From leaving flashlights, head lamps, dog poop bags, lint rollers… anything you need, it’s there. I highly recommend staying with Sandra!

Amazing place and beautiful views! Would definitely recommend booking this Airbnb. We had such a great time hanging out and visiting the town. It was a pleasure and looking forward to returning in the future!

I could not say more amazing things about this beautiful, cozy cabin. It was the perfect weekend getaway for two. I absolutely loved the high ceiling, large windows, and the bedroom/loft. It was very clean, and Gary gave clear instructions on how to get there, it was not difficult at all. We walked to Alpaca coffee and town is only a quick 2-3 minute drive up the road. The outside of the cabin is beautiful and we felt extremely safe on a fenced and gated property. My favorite part was waking up every morning to the beautiful large windows with views of the trees. The cabin was also equipped with board games which we used on our first night. We will definitely be back next winter! Thank you so much Gary!

If you are looking for a cozy mountain escape this is the place for you. The home has everything you could want for a getaway. The home itself is extremely comfortable and inviting. The location is perfect for hiking, visits to all of the restaurants and shops in Idyllwild or just enjoying the views from deck. We already are planning our next visit. The host was very communicative and left recommendations for hiking and dining that we found very helpful.

I had an amazing stay at Lisa and Ryan's property in Idyllwild! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that they put a lot of thought into making the space both comfortable and inviting. The cabin/house was perfectly located, offering a peaceful, serene escape surrounded by nature. The interior was clean and the decor really gave it that cozy retreat feel. Lisa and Ryan wer incredibly welcoming and provided excellent communication throughout my stay. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and gave great recommendations for local hikes and restaurants, making my visit even more special. Whether you're looking to relax by the fire (which we did!), explore the stunning natural beauty of the area, or simply enjoy a peaceful getaway, this spot is the perfect place. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Idyllwild!

This cabin exceeded our expectations. It was clean, quiet, and cute. It was the perfect size for our group, which was 4 adults and 2 kids. It was close to town (5 min) drive, but still very secluded and private. The deck is gorgeous. The owners are responsive and kind. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a dreamy getaway with really thoughtful touches. We really loved that it was spacious enough for the six of us and the pups. The town is walking distance and we never had to drive more than 6 minutes.

Our trip to Anita’s beautiful A frame cabin happened to fall on the weekend of the horrendous LA fires. We left for our weekend getaway unsure if the fires would spread to our area. Suffice to say it was a much needed refuge during a wild time. Idyllwild preemptively cut power to the town as the winds were also a fire threat in the area. Fortunately the cabin had an automatic generator that let us continue our stay like nothing was happening. My friends and I had a very cozy weekend while we did our best to not spiral about the conditions at home. Thanks for giving us a safe harbor in a time of crisis.

Had a lovely peaceful stay. Home was super clean and spacious. Enjoyed the hot tub lots! It does share property with another air bnb but still felt private.

Stayed here from the evacuations from the LA fire. The host was very responsive and even offered us a discounted extended stay. The cabin itself is very cozy and well stocked with everything. We will definitely book this listing again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed and bed was very comfortable. We appreciated having a high chair for our two year old and the gates for the stairs. The fireplace kept us extra warm during the cold days and nights. Paul had great communication and responded very quickly. Overall, we felt very comfortable and we would love to come back. Great deck and beautiful views. Far enough from town to feel more private, but close enough to go grab a quick coffee and breakfast in the morning. The cabin is cozy and well equipt for two. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The mattress is a bit firm, but I found it to be quite comfortable as that's my preference. Just watch out for the brautiful wood beam next to the bed, Its a toe breaker. We will definitely be back for another relaxing getaway. I can't wait to see the views once the snow falls.

Had a lot of kid friendly items, was nice the spiral stairs had a gate since we had a baby. It was a short drive to town which had some good restaurants and activities. Did a hike with the kids. Good weekend overall. Just bummed there was no snow and high fire risk in January haha
